I remember that something about this intro would always freak me out as a kid. Looking at it now, it definitely has a creepy vibe with the weird back ambience and roaring of the Monster Truck. Such a cool intro!
rollingdigger19 not the type of Monster jam game I like, the physics were nice but the tracks and events were outlandish. Not bashing the game, I def out a ton of hours into it.

yes. in fact I think most of the monster trucks and some of the props were taken from maximum destruction. same goes to sounds, for example the engine audio is like the one from maximum destruction but sped up and a higher pitch
Lyra the footage is from the 2002-2003 Monster Jam season. Also notice the lack of Maximum Destruction or the Bel-Aire Avenger in the montage. My guess is the development cycle for the game began before either truck design had their official debut, so they weren’t included yet.

Depending on when they made the intro for the game there might not have been footage of them in their new bodies and designs yet to have a spot in the intro and it was just an oversight that they didn't ever go back and add more to it.
We need a remaster of this game. It needs to be released for the PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
