I wanna do this but in the river near my friends house because a ton of teens lose their stuff their and some people throw stuff in there but idk how I should start. Any tips
Well you should get a basic snorkelling kit, diving mask+ a pipe that closes when it goes underwater.
And some diving fins, the long ones are for freediving/snorkeling so they would be good for using in a river just be careful.
