Javed Ahmed Ghamidi is a Pakistani Muslim theologian, a Quran scholar, and an educationist. Mr. Ghamidi is a student of Maulana Amin Ahsan Islahi and Maulana Abul A’la Maududi. Mr. Ghamidi has authored several books, including the bestseller ‘Meezan’, in which he presents a comprehensive treatise on the entire content of Islam. Mr. Ghamidi is a researcher and a critical thinker who has challenged many aspects of the traditional Muslim schools of thought on the basis of evidence from Quran and sunnah.

سلام علیکم۔ حسن الیاس صاحب۔ ماشاءاللہ بہت عمدہ اور شائستہ گفتگو سننے کو ملی۔ اس ضمن میں میرا ایک سوال ہے کہ کیا ریاست کو یہ حق حاصل ہوتا ہے کہ وہ جن حدود میں قائم ہے اس حدود میں بسنے والے معاشرے کی اقدار کی حفاظت کے لئے قانون سازی کرے اور اس پر عملدرآمد کرائے؟؟ یا کسی اہم معاملے میں جس پر اختلاف رائے ہو اور اس سے فتنہ و فساد کا خدشہ ہو جیسا کہ اس گفتگو میں بھی دو آراء سامنے آئی ہیں تو کسی ایک یا پھر انتظامی طور کوئی متبادل حدود طے کر دی جائیں اور ان کو نافذ کر دیا جائے تاکہ امن قائم رہے۔
ہم دیکھتے ہیں کہ یورپ کے متعدد ممالک میں عورتوں کے چہرے ڈھانکنے پر پابندی ہے ۔ وہ اس کو اپنی معاشرتی اقدار کے خلاف سمجھتے ہیں اور ریاستی طاقت سے اس پر عملدرآمد بھی کروا رہے ہیں۔ جزاک اللہ

Moulana cannot think out of box. I appreciate Hasan Ilyas and other person has given a very good opinion. Taliban Islam is a nuisance which is getting a very negative image of Islam.

میں نہیں سمجھا کے پردہ انفرادی مسلہ ھے اس کاتعلق سماجی معاشرتی اور ثقافتی ھے کوئی نماز نہ قائم کرے ذاتی ھے
میرا محترم حسن الیاس صاحب سے صرف اتنا سوال ہے کہ جب پاکستان اور ہالینڈ کی خواتین ہاکی ٹیموں کے درمیان پاکستان میں مقابلہ ہو رہا ہوتا ہے تو اپ کی شرط کے مطابق باحیا نظروں کے حامل پاکستانی صرف اپنی بچیوں کی طرف ہی دیکھتے ہیں اور نیکر پوش جسمانی حسن کا اظہار کرنے والی مخالف ٹیم کی بچیوں کو نہ دیکھنے کے لئے کیا انھوں نے کوئی خاص قسم کی عینک لگائی ہوتی ہے؟
جہاں تک سورۂ نور اور احزاب کی آیات کی تعبیر کا تعلق ہے تو اس حوالے سے اپنے استاد/ ۔۔۔۔ محترم غامدی صاحب کے استاد مکرم امام امین احسن اصلاحی رح کی رائے بھی ملحوظ خاطر رکھ لیں۔
محترم اصل مسئلہ یہ ہے کہ مغرب بلا اسلام مسلمان چاہتا ہے اور ہمارے ہی بھائی بند اس حوالے سے ان کی سہولت کاری کر رہے ہیں۔
تقدیر کے قاضی کا یہ فتویٰ ہے ازل سے
ہے جرم ضعیفی کی سزا مرگ مفاجات
اور
غیرت نام تھا جس کا گئی تیمور کے گھر سے۔
ویسے اینکر محترم کی دیانت قابلِ داد ہے؟؟؟؟؟
طالبان نے کیا کیا ہے اس پر پورا پروگرام 😂😂 اپنا حال بے حال اس پر بھی کچھ بات ہو جائے
