These rankings are just based on the nirf rankings (which say that vit is better than many iits and bits pilani😂😂) so these rankings aren't 100% correct

Nahi bhai bombay is famous only for its location, that is why students prefer it imstead of madras .... Bombay is good but for lower streams like chemical, Metallurgy and Mechanical , Chemistry type streams placements are very bad. In current situation CSE, MnC types branches are in demand only rest have very low vacancies with low pay scale.... Placements of EE,CSE at bombay are highest I agree....that too because of location factor, major companies visit easily because its Mumbai
@@vzf92781 See Bombay do not have branches like ECE, MnC so their whole of the highest average package goes to CSE branches. And branches like BS chem,maths and Aerospace which are exclusively in some IITs and they are in bombay have low placements... so the average for bombay is less....
I always hear this kind of comments about IIT ISM...mainly because of the closing ranks... For them i would like to say one thng that new iits have just 50-70 seats in cse whereas ism has around 135 seats this automatically increases closing rank...On the other hand if you compare opening rank then ism is far ahead of 2nd gen iits except hyderabad and indore...infact this year opening rank was under 1000..10th highest opening rank among all IITs.. .
