chauragarh temple is situated in Pachmarhi. Pachmarhi is an only one hill station situated in Madhya Pradesh India. chauragarh at an altitude of 1338 mtr top that chauragarh pick the temple is accessible only by the 3.4 km long track that begins at Mahadev cave on reaching you get a splendid view of dense forest valley and Hills from the temple. apart from tourist there are many other ardent devotees from far and near to trek up the hill to visit the temple. people from all part of the world come here to pay their absence and pay it by donating tridents small big and massive the place is rumoured to have hundreds of tridents all around it is based on Shivratri the temple and the nearby Hills are crowded by thousands of devotees who believed their wishes come true on that day and show the legend of chauragarh .chauragarh is the second highest peak of Pachmarhi region which lies in Satpura National Park you can read this hill station by road from the nearest town of Pipariya.
