      Steve's Kitchen Making it right now, the dough need it a whole extra cup of flour before you start working it with the hands. : )

      So w They it will be too dry, or you didn't measure it right.. No way you can add an extra cup but then if you are using cups that isn't best for baking, weight he flour. :)

      Converting grams to cups 450 grams = 2 CUPS. But you are right maybe it is my mistake, the recipe turn out excellent for me, I was letting you know my experience. Thanks for the recipe it was so easy!

      So w Cups are not accurate, they can vary from 430g to 480g depending on how you fill them, they are no good for baking recipes sorry, Use scales they are only a few dollars delivered free from ebay,

    I am so so so making this with Lemon Curd.

      I will! There's nothing better than homemade lemon curd and I've never made this kind of dough before. When you showed how silky and soft it was and how crisp it is after, I need this in my life.

    Looks great. I want to make it to take to work but not have to get up at 4 am. Can it be prepared the night before and then bake it first thing in the morning? Or is that a no no and will ruin it?

    sir look great many recipe super yummy and simple,..but have a question how many cup in a flour no have weigh scale im alredy use cup pls how many cup flour if im use pls convert...thnk u sis steve

      nerissa flor I have said many times, cups are not accurate for baking, they vary up to 30%, so I don't advise them, you can buy scales on eBay delivered for $5 if you want, but it's approx 4.5 oz to a cup but really you'll need to check your cups and how much you pack it in.
