very good installation video. I have 2 issues with my new v12 though. 1- the main tube is very hard to slide in and out of the motor. any recommendations how to make it glide in and out easier? or do you think it is defective and i should return it? 2- i have long hair and basically shed all the time. the first time i used my new v12, i could not believe the amount of hair all over the house. the laser light is simply amazing. Anyway, when i went to empty it, it was fairly difficult to empty the compartment. is there a trick to getting all the stuff out (without making a mess)? Thanks.
Thanks for your kind words :) Check if there's dust or dents on the connection between the main tube and the motor. They should have a snug fit but if there's dust in between it can cause more friction. The best way to empty and clean the compartment is to detach the entire dust bin (timestamp 3:08). Put a trash back around it when you do this and preferably do it outside of the house to reduce the chance of making a mess.
