Tailgate Trim Panel Removal Audi Q5 B9

How to Remove Reinstall Rear Hatch Trim Panels Audi Q5 B9 is the same for 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and maybe newer models.
You only need some plastic removal tools and a TORX T25 to remove the tailgate panels

I used this video to get an idea to remove my 2011 Q5 hatch trim, similar removal, excepted I didn't see him removing the screws in the smaller tail light compartments. Which I found out after trying to remove the trim but couldn't due to those screws. Then I had to slid my trim tool in-between the trim and hatch and turn the trim tool like a screw driver to pop the trim off. I did this screw drive motion all around the trim until the trim was popped off the base of the hatch.- hope that helps
I had to replace my hatch latch actuator. The most difficult in my process was getting the trim off.
