Fights, arrests, and Narcan: A violent week inside DC's juvenile detention center

DC's Metropolitan Police Department arrested eight juveniles for 14 assaults in a violent week, and staff at the juvenile detention center had to administer Narcan to an 18-year-old who "exhibited symptoms of intoxication."
