Fructose derived from Plant based sources have a corresponding volume of fiber- Apples, oranges etc. That's not what he's talking about. Table sugar is roughly 50% fuctose. High fructose corn syrup is roughly 50% fructose. These are the toxins he's referring to. And he's absolutely 100% correct.
Fruits are good source of fiber. Do not stop eating them. Yes they come with some fructose, but the amount is far less and their absorption rate is much slower because of fiber in fruit

In fruits you find glucose + fructose (which is the part that gives the sweet taste), and it's not different than industry sugar, except that they're able to isolate and add fructose only. The only difference is that in nature it comes with fiber, which allows to assimilate it in a healthier way. With fruit juice, you lose that protection as you'd lose most of the fiber when making it.

It should apply to all Fructose. Until the 20th century, we only ate fruits during summer time. We also had lots of activities. Walking, farming, riding horse, etc. there were no cars, no e-bike and no fruits year round 😊

wow, that's powerful. Imagine if we took extra sugar and carbs out we may have chance at longevity.. When I started fasting my NAFL reversed easily! Most of fructose we eat comes from added sugar to foods. Eating fruits is not as bad because they contain fiber, which makes the body don't absorb as much fructose, and because fruits have less sugar compared to processed sweet stuff. You can have your fruits in moderation but foods with added sugar are the real problem.
i confirm. i eat fruits ( i also live in a tropical country and they taste delicious) and i am not diabetic or prediabetic, plus i am slim. Cutting out fats( especially seeds oils) made me loose even more weight. The problems are fat and ADDED sugars( like sugars in the coffees or in refined foods)
