What I like most about a lot of your videos is watch you problem solve. I learn something/get ideas from most every one. Nice job Scott
I am not a handy person; I am a semi-geek. I even do not know what is the utility of this tool you have just made and packed. I teach philosophy and logic; and write on religion, politics, law, and philosophy. But, I watched this video till the end, like watching a great mystery and suspense film. Or like I just followed a supreme court case on a topic of my passion. Your attention to detail, your problem solving skills, your mastery of tools and knowledge in the field, all inspirational. I shared it with my Facebook friends and enemies :)
Brilliant. As a sculptor who needs to scale fine shapes up and down (usually up) I find this incredibly useful. Bravo Matthias, once again!
Saw the display today at the Baltimore woodworking show. Worked like charm! Lots of neat toys. Man, those shows are dangerous tonthe bank balance.
Engineering is fun, if you're smart. This guy is smart.
anyone can learn
But not everyone is smart..
***** you can work to become smart
Yep, the definition of dumb is "too lazy to work at becoming smart".
Learning is copy and paste. This is creation from imagination.
Mr. Wandel, this is one of the most ingenious creations I've ever seen in my life. Full of tricks and a perfect finish.
Thank you very much for share all this knowledge.
Matthias you never cease to amaze. Always look forward to your videos.
I'd like to know how your brain works. It's incredible seeing you work.
It works like an engineer's brain should work ;-)

Dear Mattias, that was truly astonishing. I feel quite under gifted and overwhelmed by your genious of how you constructed that . Truly you are my mentor in many ways in my wood working. Kindly Michael
I have been watching your videos for years and somehow you manage to out think me every time. You are definitely one of kind. Keep it up! -- SCH Junior
As always, I'm blown away with your work. Simply amazing! Thank you.
i like to watch your videos right before i go to bed. you are so chill and never get pissed or shout in your videos
really canadian like
It is so cool watching you figure out how to make this stuff work---thanks Matthias
When I see any dislikes on a video like this I can't think of any reason aside extreme jealousy for his skills.
+bottomlands Sorry, no. Metric users don't bother getting confused on daft things. We'll just make a note of what the measurement is and get on with life.

UA-cam algorithm sometimes sends people to videos that just aren't for them. A few thumbs down is a good thing: show that UA-cam is pushing this video outside of the usual chippies.
@@recklessroges It always bugs me that people click on videos to dislike them. UA-cam has the "not interested" button next to recommendations for a reason.
Very ingenious and well thought out Matthias. You have put a lot of work into designing and building that actuated Pantarouter display, As usual, a real credit to you. Ed
I sit in wonder at your creations. Thank you for inspiring me back to making things with wood, I love it. Wish I had started this so I could have made things better years ago.
You constantly amaze me, Mattias, but this time you have gone to new heights. Well done.
I first got to your channel via your first pantorouter after searching for footage of a pantograph, so it's been great to see the machine's continued development and success.
you have godly skills in woodworking, always figure out best way to do stuff
Crazy amount of skill you've got a gift seriously such a joy watching you
I just like to tell you, thank you for wonderful videos and I love you man.I am 62 years old. I really enjoy to watch your videos.
¡Sorprendente!. Lo que mas me agrada, es su capacidad de resolver problemas conforme se le presentan.
Siempre un placer ver sus proyectos.
Mind blown in the first minute.. You have a gift, sir.
I can't believe how u just put that together that's amazing, awesome video
Talk about having a well developed right-side and left-side brain!
You are one talented guy.
I can't believe I only just found this channel...
Awesome work! This stuff reminds me a lot of the high school classes I had for engineering, especially the (evil) marble sorter project we had to do.
That is so awesome :) I love the process you go through to make these happen. Thanks for sharing!
Ah, here we go. It was you after all who built it for the Woodworking Show 2016 in Baltimore! :)) That automated display was a nice touch for the Pantorouter's exhibit there!
Jedes Mal eine Überraschung und Faszination - deine Anleitungen!
Ich liebe sie.
Looks like it runs really well after all the tweaks. Great work! Using a nut and bolt like that to install your threaded inserts is just one more of those great ideas that I pick up in each of your videos. Thanks Matthias!
This man's ingenuity is just awesome
I love your work! when it comes time for me to buy any wood working tools I'll definitely be making them thanks to you!
REALLY looking forward to attending the Baltimore show in January now! Great job as usual!
I get the feeling that your animated display will get a lot of interest. It should pull in a lot of customers.
Absolutely bloody brilliant Mathias.
Извини, по английски не говорю, уже несколько твоих видео смотрел, кое чему научился, СПАСИБО! Лайк и подписка, удачи!
You are a wood wizard. I truly laugh out in joy when you busted out the paper clips.
My favorite part is the hammer sound when the video is fast forwarded xD
That makes two of us☺
+Tyler Wehner Wrong! Four of us!
+onjoFilms NO! Five of us!!
That was not fast forward. He just hammers like a boss.
Yeah!
I love watching these videos, thanks for making them
Good call with the paper clip...I was making a note to question you about those pins before you improvised. Bravo.
Dear Matthias, yet again a beautiful video. Thank you.
Well done, John in Sheffield.
By the way, in the UK cycling world, sprockets refer to gears.
Those little sprockets in the rear derailleur arm are known as Jockey Wheels.
I cant even pretend to understand what you do or how you do it, but damn, its great to watch! fantastic thinking and project completion. Way to go Matthias!

sharpiedyourwhat ty for not trolling like 90% of people would do
I stole that line from Gahndalf himself
Oh yeah, we're all serious here, he didn't have a clue at what the F he just watched and I just shit all over everything?!
Thanks for coming to the rescue Erkel.
great showcase of engineering! i am sure many of us would like to watch many more of that kind ;)
Thanks for the education and entertainment. Happy Holidays
I'm pretty sure you are the best wood worker I've seen on UA-cam.
he is so cool, I admire how good his knowledge in engineering in completely different way thumb up
Good job! It was fun for me to watch you build this. You keep things in mind that I would never think of.
The perfection is so satisfying.
Woke up at 6 to a new video dope.
Amazing build sir, well done!
Not that it would be my primary interest in woodworking, but I always have loved making working models. There is just something about that functional beauty.
I can not believe that the template and wood fit perfectly with te router!
top of the class for you young man. a job very well done
Absolutely brilliant is all I can say as I'm lost for words
Nice. I always like how clever your projects are
Brilliant as always! Keep it up Matthias!!

Very nicely done, Matthias.
Simply amazing watching you work! I enjoy all of your videos but this one was particularly interesting. Thanks for your video!
This guy is a full fledged genius.
Really nice job of engineering on the fly!
Great woodwork and engineering. Very nice work :)
VERY GOOD, MY FRIEND! CONGRATULATIONS YOU ARE A GENIUS
Mathias, you are amazing!
Matthiasé um gênio. adoro seus vídeos.
Heh, this certainly has the vibe of the teaching/didactic materials we had in physics classes. Makes me think that at one point someone took the same steps in making the classic air tunnel machine with the airfoils or the pantograph explaining jig, and many, many more wooden (sometimes painted green) things we had in our class.
Amazing as always :)
Great Work! No injuries either! Really nice! I enjoyed!
Mark Langley
Awesome work, as always.
Matthias: Thanks for the quick response. That was one of the questions I wanted to ask. I just didn't want it to look like I was writing a book of questions. Thanks again, Marty
Dude you are amazing . your idea's are awesome . i will definitely be watching more of you for sure .
Just want to let you know that you're my Friday night drunk vid of choice. I don't even know what you're doing most of the time. Still amazing. You're the Canadian Bob Ross of wood.
Gotta love it. 11:00 where he cuts that piece so straight on the bandsaw. No guide needed.
WOW! Amazing work. It must have taken a while but a job well done.
Pretty sophisticated machine for a display! Nice!
You edit your videos really well.
It almost called for: "You're gonna need a bigger box" :D
muy bonito e ingenioso felicidades!!
Always impressive!
I think those box joints you have been using in the last two videos are pretty cool.
I have the same screwingmachine like you, I feel such a pro now
You are hardworking artist
amazing job....love your videos
Looking forward to Mac putting it together. Hope he videos the process
perfect , nice job man , very good teaching method .
Wow! Great video. Thanks so much for sharing. You do amazing work. Keep it up & happy holidays. :))
You are an absolute genius... :O
When you were cutting the groves to make it resemble the aluminum more, I was thinking to myself, "He's going to spray it with that chrome wheel cover paint from the auto parts store, isn't he?"
+BC ElginTex Was going to paint it with silvber paint, but then decided to leave that to Mac Sheldon when he get sit.
+BC ElginTex When he said, "... to make them look a bit more like the aluminum extrusion..." that was my thought. Then when he turned to the box, I thought, "Wandel Green". Packed without even a sealer! Poor Mac, he will be so disappointed when he opens it!
Simplesmente sensacional!
I have no idea what im watching, but i just cant stop...
Instructing and so impressive.
Awesome Work!
Just when I thought you couldn't get any more geniusier
genius
FREAKING GENIUS !
Pretty sure after he assembles it once it will forever stay assembled! LoL The wood one looks so good they will want it in wood! lol
Matthias, your channel is incredibly motivating! It would be great to see a video about your bench top power supply.
neverusedutunibe
