Christina Miller, MD, FACEP, is double board-certified in Emergency and Integrative Medicine. She worked for ten years in the Emergency Department and served as president of Colorado ACEP (American College of Emergency Physicians), where she advocated for the care of emergency patients and physicians. Due to her own health concerns and the overwhelming amount of chronic disease she saw every day, she radically changed her practice to lifestyle medicine and health promotion. She studied nutritional science and has completed a fellowship in Integrative and Functional Medicine.
In 2013, she opened her own Lifestyle Medicine practice and founded Eat and Live Healthfully website and blog. She now focuses exclusively on nutrition and lifestyle changes to get to the root cause of disease and illness, and today helps empower people to take back their health, essentially keeping people OUT of the Emergency Department. She has worked in a local clinic, started an Integrative Medicine Department in Aspen, CO, volunteers with public health, and teaches cooking classes and gives talks locally. She is now working as a plant-based physician at Plant Based Telehealth, where she works with her patients virtually to prevent, halt, and reverse chronic illness. It’s one of her most rewarding jobs as a physician, and she really enjoys working with her patients as they take back their health. One of her favorite mantras is, “together we are healthier”.

On using the word "guru". Isn't there a better way to support people than chide them? We all start out ignorant.
The AA admission to "take what you need and leave the rest" is so much kinder. It honors both the speaker and the listener.

I went WFPB a decade ago for health reasons; I had gut issues. The “doctors” told me that my body was attacking itself (this never made sense to me). I noticed I would recover quicker after days of high physical activity and joint pain vanished. Also my cardio improved immensely. However, I would still get gut symptoms every year. Along the way I got certified in plant based nutrition; I tried every cleanse; intermittent fasting and kept digging deep. I finally got better after discovering Medical Medium’s books. Essentially “autoimmune” is industry’s blanket statement used when they don’t know the answer. Chronic illness is almost always a viral issue. And viruses feed off of certain foods. The top viral feeders are: eggs (they keep viruses alive in the the lab with eggs), dairy, gluten (which is why many can’t eat it), soy and corn. Most fish is also bad bc it contains high amounts of heavy metals which also feed viruses and bad bacteria. The Dr talks about her issues with lupus - that is 100% caused by the Epstein Barr Virus; any soy or corn she consumes will feed it along with any metal she may have in her. If you’re suffering from chronic illness do yourself a favor and check out Cleanse to Heal by Medical Medium. Also check out his podcast episodes. His information is decades ahead of what’s out there today.

Autoimmune disease is correlated to the 60 years of vaccines. Expect an avalanche of autoimmune disease due to the recent vaccine. A doctor showed the immune system panel of tests on a patient and the difference before and after the recent two shots. The numbers showed the adaptive immune system tanked. It makes people very susceptible to a new infection.

Vaccines have been used since the 1500s and widely used since the late 1930s. I'd bet my bottom dollar that autoimmune diseases are far more likely due to diet and living longer than vaccines.
