Many people may not know that in western countries students spend thousands of dollars to learn just a few verifications of the most common taals. Yet here you have given free lessons in many taals with such generosity that deserves nothing but praise and full respect. Hats off to you.

I am a classical tabla player. Although Tejji's lessons seem to be geared towards more light/ghazal tabla players, I still found it quite useful to learn these basic variations of Rupak theka and some laggis. Thank you. Sometimes I think classical players get caught up in learning complex gats or kaidas and forget these basics.
Tej singh I keep coming back to listen to this demonstration and the song over and over again. I love to play the Tal for the music towards the end. It sounds very melodious. Thank you very much for all you do for us!
