well, this is not surprising, the orcs have a lot of heavy equipment, which AdMech simply has no one to fight in this receipt, with the exception of Breachers, but they alone cannot do anything. Take the imperial knights to the roster, everything looks completely different with them

I think you needlessly over-complicated that biker ability, you don't count individual models for other bubble effects and essentially, the bikers have a 9" AP-1 bubble. Great battle though!

Sadly it would have been wrong. This way was correct as it does state that "Each time a MODEL in this unit--", so like with weapons when you measure range for whether they are in half-range for Rapid Fire or in range in general to shoot, you measure if the individual model is within range, not the unit. Same here.
Although worth noting that while the Wartrike is leading them, he too is "a model in this unit" and thus benefits from the AP-boost. Even with the Flamer up to 9" since the Ability specifies the range and doesn't say "at half-range".
It it said that "while this unit is within 9", you get XY&Z", it'd be enough for anyone of them to be within the mentioned range.
Gutrippa has never died, silly 'ooman. Every time you think he'z ded he gets back up and krumps you twice as hard.
And if he looks ded he's just being ded kunnin, you see. He'll wait till you leave then gets up and sends us boyz after you and krumps you later.
Orkses never die, Gutrippa never dies and us ladz of his will fill anyone who says otherwise with so much dakka they won't say anything again.

Great job to both players for trying their best. Its definitely shocking watching 2000 points of admech openfire turn one and only do like 7 wounds, pretty common occurrence with current afmech in all the battlereports ive watched and all the games ive played. Thats the consequences of the game devs design philosophy absolutely gimping admech shooting in excange for raising invuln saves. Unfortunately AP is quite a bit lower this edition so those invuln saves dont kick in as often. Trust me neutron lasers dont do that much better. I think they average .5 wounds per round, icarus is more like 1.2?
Just wondering doesn't the kill kannon reduce the battle wagon's capacity to 12?
I don't think so. That was 9th ed. Seems to be you get everything on the battle wagon in 10th🤔🙂👍

I think you made the mistake of trying to fight the enemy army with admech. Ive found some armys in this edition have the stats and rules to fight. Eldar, Orks Knights. And some army like admech are just ment to run around scoreing objectives and trying not to get tabled by turn 5. Pteraxii, Raiders, and dunerider transports are our friends. Our mediocre overcosted dinecrawlers and Cawl in general seem like a waste of points.
