Great video as always! You inspired me to try an Alani today for the first time (I'd only had Celsius). I got the cherry twist, and you were right, it's amazing! Most sugar free drinks have sort of an artificial aftertaste, but this one just had a really delightful, lime-y finish. Will definitely be buying again. Thanks for the recommendation!
Jess, I know you didn't drink these back to back, but could the extra caffeine over time cause your sleep troubles? Since you've finished this, how's your sleep been?
I quit drinking energy drinks and solely drink coffee now. But every now and then I will get alani or a Celsius my favorite is the Cherry slush in the alani and tropical vibes in the Celsius. 💜
I absolutely loved this! I drink Alani maybe 1-2 times per week when I need a pick-me-up before an early morning workout. My favs are juicy peach, witches brew, kiwi guava, and orange kiss. (Ask love the KimK one but it’s tricky to find) I agree with you on the slushes being almost medicinal and VERY sweet. You should try to find the NEW Hawaiian shaved ice- they rebranded it and changed the flavors and can, I like it a lot more!! Kim K drink is supposed to be pink lemonade. 🩷🍋 Artic white is supposed to be white tea and lemon. I honestly thought they discontinued that one?
I think I have only tried one energy drink which was monster but could deal with the taste. Caffeine doesn’t affect me, I am one who can drink coffee before bed and fall asleep with no problem. I’m hesitant with energy drinks since I do have tachycardia, but I may try one or 2 of these. My doctor never said I couldn’t have them so I think I will try one or 2. Different days of course

I think it’s interesting to see others try energy drinks but I wouldn’t be interested in trying one myself. That’s not to say that I don’t drink polar sparkling arctic twist, poppi classic cola, and poppi doc pop which all have green tea in them. I don’t necessarily drink them every day though. Not sure if they would be considered an energy drink.

200 mg is less than coffee and I drink multiple cups of that a day.

No, there wasn’t any correlation to when I had these and the nights I had trouble sleeping

The after taste could be the erythritol. I don't like erythritol for that reason.

These don’t make me jittery, less caffeine than coffee, but I know some people are really sensitive to caffeine.
