Weirdly my kids and husband ONLY like angel hair pasta. No matter the dish I make, they insist the noodles be angel hair. They say the sauces, or toppings or whatever I made, coat the noodles better and they taste it better if I use the super fine noodles. I hate all long pasta noodles personally. So werid I know. I prefer orzo❤ Love the variety of cooks and chefs you have done these segments with💗
I wanna make this too but i dont have a pasta rolling machine🤧
You can totally roll this by hand. It takes longer and a little bit of muscle, but I have rolled pasta by hand ❤ ad a bit of flour as you go so it doesn't stick anywhere and if it gets too difficult you can always roll it by hand between two long sheets of parchment paper. ❤❤

@@Classified1 you can pick it up and stretch it sometimes to help. You can also just roll in one direction only. But if you want to make this particular pasta it doesn't really need to be super long. You can just make it thin and cut it into squares from a large round too.
