Either Conte or Zidane can fix United now. Personally, I feel if Conte comes in, United will be in safer hands. Even though it might not be for a long time (due to Conte having relation issues with every club and he leaves), atleast he might stabilize the club before he leaves. However, if he is to come into United, I am 99% certain he will end up playing a 5212 formation with Shaw and either AWB or Dalot as wingbacks. AWB might deputise as a right centre back while Dalot as a wingback. A 5 at the back formation will be crucial for this United team given how poor their defense has been. The 5 at the back can be seen to be useful for clubs such as Chelsea who has the best defensive record in the league right now. A 5 at the back formation would mean Maguire and Varane could stay at the back and hold the defence together which wont leave much gaps for opponents to break into. Pogba and Fernandes could play as the 2 midfielders ahead of the defence while Sancho plays attacking mid, leaving Ronaldo and Rashford upfront. This would be a really good formation for United to use if Conte comes into the club. I feel they would strengthen tremendously and making runs behind the defence will be hard as well. However, I feel the 523 formation would be more suited to United's style of play. Mctominay has been awful as a defensive midfielder but if he could play as a right Centreback alongside Maguire(left) and Varane(central), he might find a position that suits his style of play. He definitely has the height and physique for it, and he doesnt look very slow for a centreback as well. In cases for counter attacks, Mctominay and Maguire can drop back and help the defence out while Varane can be slightly forward compared to them since he is a faster defender as well. Shaw and AWB would definitely be my wingabacks. Even though AWB's attacking is slightly poor, he is still young and he can learn alot and adapt as well. As for the 2 midfielders ahead of them, I would use Fernandes as the more attacking one and I would try to bring in Denis Zakaria. His contract situation does not look good at Borussia Monchengladbach right now and there has been reports that Mourinho might try to bring him to Roma instead. Given that he is still young at 24 (turning 25 soon) and that Pogba might be leaving on a free, he could turn out to be a bargain of a signing. Ahead of the midfield would be Rashford, Ronaldo and Sancho. The attacking threat that they can possess would be frightening to teams. This formation might be really useful to United given that in a counter attacking scenario, they could either pass it out from the back, wingbacks could push ahead and cross to the likes of Ronaldo or Rashford/Sancho in the middle or they could just use the longball technique Van Dijk uses at Liverpool to help the forwards. Maguire looks like he could deliver some nice ones to the front (just like he did in the disallowed goal Ronaldo had against Liverpool) or even Varane could do the job. My personal formation would look like: Marcus Rashford Cristiano Ronaldo Jadon Sancho Bruno Fernandes Denis Zakaria Luke Shaw Aaron Wan Bissaka Harry Maguire Raphael Varane Scott Mactominay David De gea Not forgettinga really strong bench the likes of Bailly, Tuanzebe, Donny Van De beek, Lingard, Greenwood, Martial and Cavani on the bench ready to come on to make an impact if needed. All in all, I think the problem is definitely Ole and if he is given time, the top 4 hopes for United might start to slip away. The final straw should be against Spurs this weekend. Anything lesser than a win should get him sacked given the poor form Spurs are in as well right now.

United have the lowest number of tackles won in the entire Premier League. I don't normally watch highlights of United losing, but I just had to see how bad they were at the back. For the first goal, you could have landed a 747 in the middle of United's back line and nobody would have got hurt.
You're incorrect in saying that Solskjaer is a rookie; he's been a First Team Head Coach for over a decade. He just isn't a good enough manager, hence why he was only first given the United job on interim basis and why no big or mid-sized clubs have ever come in for him

@@brianbates212 Exactly, Mourinho was mocked when he complained about recruitment. They said he was whining. But buying Amad Diallo for 40 million just to loan him is just stupid. Plus 80 million on Sancho when we already had too many players for RW. We needed a DM and/or RB
If United desperately wanted to sign Conte, remember after LVG sacked. United were so desperate that they signed Jose, a former club rival and won them trophies in 1st season. Sacked in 3rd season. Now, if they sacked Ole and brings on Conte, maybe they'll win several trophies in his 1st full season, then he will lose the dressing room in 2nd or 3rd season. After they sacked Conte, they'll appoint any former legend like Rooney. This new manager will be given plenty of time because of 'club legend' status and will do another Ole. After they sacked him they will desperately signed any world class manager available at that time. This process will cycle over and over again until United realised that their last PL title was 20+ years ago.

My personal formation would look like:
Marcus Rashford Cristiano Ronaldo Jadon Sancho
Bruno Fernandes
Denis Zakaria
Luke Shaw Aaron Wan Bissaka
Harry Maguire Raphael Varane Scott Mactominay
David De gea
Not forgettinga really strong bench the likes of Bailly, Tuanzebe, Donny Van De beek, Lingard, Greenwood, Martial and Cavani on the bench ready to come on to make an impact if needed. All in all, I think the problem is definitely Ole and if he is given time, the top 4 hopes for United might start to slip away. The final straw should be against Spurs this weekend. Anything lesser than a win should get him sacked given the poor form Spurs are in as well right now.
Wow for UA-cam comment this comment is above and beyond
Well I ain't reading none of that 😂😂😂 how long did take you to do that? My gosh some some people have alot of time on their hands
this season this was the peak of football no debate
Trust in Ole Trust in the process #OleIn from an absolutely not fake Man United fan
Thank you Irish guy, I can’t take anymore Oleball, I’m dumbfounded how anyone is still feeling the “sentiment”
I remember when people were talking about Man Utd being ‘title contenders’ and Arsenal being relegation threatened at the start of the season… they’re now level on points
pipe down assna fan, barely scraped by the likes of brighton, crystal palace, and norwich with points
@@aidangilhooly6689 you mad Ronaldo cant save your club huh?
@@aidangilhooly6689 be quiet you have less clean sheets than Ben white, your defence isn’t even bigger than just one of our players
A true tactical mastermind, give him a contract extension
Listen Man united may not thank me but get the contract out, put it on the table. Let him sign it Let him write whatever numbers he wants to put on there given what he's done since he's come in.
Ole's at the wheel man. He's doing it. He's doing his thing. Man United are BACK
@@nyananyanaspice1164 Ferdinand must be regretting that now.
@@gpinion29 As a man utd fan, I'm disgusted by your comment..I haven't seen a better tactical coach than ogs...he is doing his job, give him time and we will be on top
@@SnowFlameSupremacy Trust the process.
United have the lowest number of tackles won in the entire Premier League. I don't normally watch highlights of United losing, but I just had to see how bad they were at the back. For the first goal, you could have landed a 747 in the middle of United's back line and nobody would have got hurt.
Phil Jones and Smalling at the back wouldn't have been such embarrassing like these past seasons with Maguire
Finally been waiting for this
Isn't rule one of success being man enough to own your own mistakes, while looking the world in the eye.
You're incorrect in saying that Solskjaer is a rookie; he's been a First Team Head Coach for over a decade. He just isn't a good enough manager, hence why he was only first given the United job on interim basis and why no big or mid-sized clubs have ever come in for him
I have no idea how the United board watched that performance and still want to give him a chance. It's a joke.
I watched this bunch of Manchester United players press like their a bunch of headless chickens, all over the fucking place🤦♂️ I love ole but clearly he took us as far as he could, can't believe he's given another chance to salvage his reputation
He’s gone forwards and backwards again 😂
As a man utd fan, I'm disgusted by your comment..I haven't seen a better tactical coach than ogs...he is doing his job, give him time and we will be on top
6-1 to spurs, dropping from CL group stage, the Europa League final, four semifinal defeats, losing to Sheffield at home, 3 years of failure and getting battered 5-0 at home against your bitter rivals. And mans still at the job.
Lmao United aren't a serious club
Saf first few seasons were horrendous
IKR no one could take this club seriously after this embarrassing display at their home turf….
Their player acquisitions show that they are serious...about selling kits.
Milner hates Man United so much he plays for clubs that exclusively detests united.
Petition to give Ole a lifetime contract.
I was watching some other video when I got the notification for this and immediately jumped on this. I've been waiting for this since sunday
Somethin funny about Maguire is from a 442oons vid when he first came to man utd, he basically told Ole that he wants a life time supply of Greggs 😂
Milner is a midfield beast.
Seems to me that Harry Maquagmire is a half decent centre half under a proper manager/coach.
Been waiting for this video since the match
This is great. Agree with you 10000%
Never been this early to one of your videos ,keep up the great videos
Speaking facts
We need a Director of Football to build a squad more than a manager
never before have i been eagerly awaiting to see what The Irish Guy had to say.
Luke Shaw was the best LB itw last season
Irish guy is so creative with his insults😂😂
Him expressions and goldbridge are the funniest UA-camrs with creative insults and analogies
United have given Ole enough time to do something for this club with little help. Now that his given help and still underperforming it's time to move on and get someone who can while we still have the talent
How come everyone is talking about how bad United and Ole did, and not recognizing that Liverpool were also world class that game, not just that United played poorly
Duncan Edwards was born in Dudley. Ain't nothing wrong with Black Country Boys.
I love the Jimmy Carr joke!😂😂😂
Mourinho loses 6-1 against a team that doesn't have its badge registered on google- "stop bullying Mourinho!11!!"
Ole loses 5-0 against one of the three strongest teams in the world atm- "Ole is a disgrace!!111!!"
I still think the Irish guy is Mou's disowned secret son.
Whose here now that we smashed 7-0
I’m actually disappointed as well. We could so easily have won that game 7 or 8-0 but we decided to not risk any players getting injured.
Been waiting for this for the last two days 😂😂
United need a tactically sound, attacking player with sufficient knowledge on how to structure our defense! Someone like Conte or Zidane! Ole got us from C to B, Now we need a manager that can get us back to the Top!
Ok I know man United got embarrassed and this will go down in the history but why are there very less people appreciating Liverpool They traveled from Spain after a tough game against la liga champions at Wednesday come back and beat a team with a five time ballon d'or winner 5-0 ik ole has the tactical brain of a toster but still that is insane
Trust the process 🤝 #OlesAtTheWheel
What irritates me is the fact that we could have had Guardiola as manager in 2016 but didn’t want to pay a few extra thousand for his commission 😡
Not true.
He refused because the squad was crap
Sacked within a month as well. Great prediction
Ronaldo inspired no one with that kick towards Curtis Jones, actually deserved red there 😬😬😬😬
yeah well
