@@JeansNails Thank you; I wrote to the SGS regulatory institution to get a yes or a no on this jewelry company as far as the metal is concerned. It comes from Hong Kong and China usually bills it as authentic when it is nothing but junk. So I'm waiting to hear back from SGS

This company is horrible they scammed me I never even checked out with anything and they hacked or did SOMETHING and charged me for a ring. They refused to cancel the order wanting me to exchange it for something else but I don't wear anything fake anyway so they got mad and ghosted me. I finally got in touch with them again and they want to keep 30% to cancel the charge. That's ridiculous scamming people out of money for nothing! I had to dispute this with my bank account.
