- Seven-slot guru Rick Péwé takes us on an adventure Down Under driving one of the most unique Jeep’s we’ve seen. This Willys 6x6 owned by Aussie Brian Pollitt in Perth, Australia, features a flathead Ford V8, three axles, ten tires, and heaps of coolness.

I've slowly been collecting parts to build a flathead V8 flat fender. I've never clicked on a video so fast. Thank you so much for covering this one
Thanks. Good luck with the build and keep us posted.
Unbelievable! This guy is a legend. That build is amazing.
Agreed, thanks for the input, James
This is so cool...its amazing they didnt think of this during the war years.
Agreed!
Fantastic
Thank you so much 😀
Coolest reproduction of a classic with all of the details plus the most impressive improvements a jeep military inthusiest can ask for! That would have been a game changer for the war effort as an ambulance of wounded or ammunition in remote locations! Beautifully designed and done!
Yep, game changer. Thanks for the feedback, Jerry.
I love it and have been dreaming about building a flat head in a Ford script jeep. Wow you need to do a longer video on it please
Thanks for the feedback. Longer, well, Rick was a bit short on time that day; just wrapped up the East-West Australia Expedition
48 hours ago? Good job
Thanks
what a cool Jeep! You could have shown us the transfer case set up!
Good point, our apologies.
Just saw this in Coffs Harbour, driving past it.
It's an awesome rig, and man, Coffs is a long haul from Perth. Thanks for the feedback.
Sweet, my new favorite.
Right, this thing was amazing
I talked to Brian on the phone a couple weeks ago for some input on my M38! Great Video!
Thanks, glad you liked it.
nice jeep........love it
Thanks Dian
Put a 454 Big Block Chevy in it next! 😂
Right!
Nice
Thanks
Never seen something like this thing. Why??
This was a complete custom build, but Willys (or other) should have produced them, right!
So, Rick. When are you going to build one?
We keep bugging him on this one.
Wow what a fuck love it!🤪👍
Nice, right!
All that gabbing and you didn't even show us the rear end setup this video is a fail
ive driven one of the 12 prototype MT~TUG 6x6 jeeps its like sitting on the floor with a steerin wheel jamed in the crotch
True, but it comes with a serious cool factor, right!
@@Gone_Gpn DODGE had a better 6x6 in production at the time
God we use to push our fh 4 bangers till theyoverheated then got the newer one in 64 it's they flipped over to easy way too fast for 18 year old grunts to handle🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🪖🤕
Thanks for the feedback, and for your service!
