Not a fan of the carrier mini split however I had to replace a head due to a leaking coil new layout. The blower and wheel is on a hinge and the assembly slides out. Looks like a nice feature without compromising the coil.
any screw holding the blower in the other end? I was trying to put but very hard to get it out? your video not show anything from the other end ...!:(:( I need help at this moment...! thanks
There is a set screw on the motor end. Rotate the wheel until you can see it. Loosen the screw, DO NOT REMOVE. Then you'll be able to pull the wheel free.
Sometimes you have to remove entire control board and then remove entire blower bracket to access set screw, some of older carrier models do not have a slot in blower wheel, fugitsu are the same way
Thanks for the actual wheel removal.....appreciate that
Not hating at all, but this doesn’t actually show it being disassembled, it’s pretty much an “I did this” sort of video. Thanks anyways.
This isn't a how to video, this was my experience figuring it out in the field. Thanks for watching.
@@dmvhvactech just letting other viewers know
Dude, atleast show how you removed the blower wheel and how you replaced it.but thanks anyway.
@@dmvhvactech Your title LITERALLY says "blower wheel removal." It doesn't show the removal. Figure this out in the field🖕 Thanks for reading.
Detail video on how to disassemble please!🤔🤔🤔

How did you get to the set screw holding the fan on the right side? I can’t move the coil away enough to access.
Ever figure it out. I have the same issue. Doesnt show that 😢
Rotate the wheel.
