Just got to add..it's amazing how much detail you find once these videos are made..I hope AA top brass are watching them and learning.. From you... Your videos are amazing fair play...
Perfect video as we got used to !! I have polished my parts even more to a mirror finish and it does make a difference !! I have also added a very light moly grease too !! Just as anti-wear protection...Keep up the great videos !!! We're lucky to have u !
Brilliant follow-up video guys it will be very helpful to all XTI owners and potential new owners 👏 Little bit alarming about the stabiliser pin thing I wonder how many other XTI’s have left the factory like that as I’m assuming the blocks are CNC’D all exactly the same😬
Another brilliant video thanx fella your information in regards to having to tap the required stabiliser reset screw as this wasn't correct and also resetting everything back to factory settings was brilliant and setting the reg pressure was spot on👍 Information on how to fine tune for pellet speed using the hammer ajustment first then tp screw no1 for the power and then tp no2 fine tuning pellet speed was very helpful... My Xti from factory the tp power adjuster screw was set between 8-10mm in so restricted most of the tp and tp screw no2 was set at 8mm so the tp was completely obstructed and I was not entirely happy with this setting and was definitely going to get this less restricted so using your method I will be setting this up myself now obviously keeping it well within the sub 12ft-lb but watching your video for reference I now feel more than comfortable tweeking and servicing my own rifle so thanx for being so meticulous with the rebuild we all greatly appreciate all your videos 👍 I would definitely really appreciate it if you were to make a few sets of the specific tools you made used for the strip down and rebuild as it would make it a lot easier for a lot of us to have these as we all no AA will never make and sell them to us so they can charge us more money to service it bi annually and get a few moor penny's from us all as if £3300 wasn't enough for the xti in the first place LOL VERY INTRESTED IN PURCHASING SAID TOOLS DON'T HESITATE TO DROP ME A PRICE AS I WILL PURCHASE THEM STRAIGHT AWAY FELLA 👌👍. PS HAVE A GREAT NEW 🍻 YEAR
so does the stabiliser work now . i bet your mate is well happy that gun is now better than when it came out the factory 🤣🤣🤣 great job as always . and i got a real good look at that regular which as made me happy . means i feel comfortable taking mine apart if i can get the tube undone not tried yet🤪🤪 but i will . just need to tweak that reg a hair . i am sure they air in the side of caution out the factory as it seems to me to be set low
My threads also weren't deep enough for the pin to engage. Just run a tap down them until the pin engaged correctly. Very poor qc from air arms. Il test the stabiliser out this week but I still don't think it'll do anything.
Well, as usual, you have done a brilliant job. My own personal opinion is that gun is of poor quality, build straight from the factory. So far of all the guns you have done . I can honestly say I would not go out and buy this model. Love Air arms and have S410 and S200, and they are fantastic . Air arms have definitely let themselves down with this one. On saying that your friend is lucky to know you ,and now you have sorted it, should get years of fun out of it.
another pukka video jeff ,if you ever want to do a theoben rapid mk2 video shout out mate you can borrow mine im only down the road from you by 8 mile lol
It’s a real shame to see Air Arms quality control is that shoddy. For the amount of money that’s asked for it that should be absolutely perfect. SMH, I’ll buy German for my next air rifle.

Hiya jake great video once again , i think this is the 1st and maybe the only XTI strip down and rebuild video out there . Very interesting . 👌
thanks Phil
Excellent video of the XTI rebuild. Interesting to hear your thoughts and findings during the rebuild process. Thanks for posting the video.
thanks Lee
Those are the videos we all need. Perfect, clear, methodic explanation. Spot on. Many thanks.
thank you very much 😁
Brilliant it shows that brand new rifles have shoddy workmanship which we would never know about. Brilliant piece of work
thank you very much 😁
I love the clear and methodical way this guy works , and his videos follow the same clean and clear form too.

Little bit alarming about the stabiliser pin thing I wonder how many other XTI’s have left the factory like that as I’m assuming the blocks are CNC’D all exactly the same😬
how many are like it, 10 people so far have said there's is like it or the pin is missing altogether

I would definitely really appreciate it if you were to make a few sets of the specific tools you made used for the strip down and rebuild as it would make it a lot easier for a lot of us to have these as we all no AA will never make and sell them to us so they can charge us more money to service it bi annually and get a few moor penny's from us all as if £3300 wasn't enough for the xti in the first place LOL

there not bad mate it's just that tube sometimes they are blooming tight 😁
Really wish you would offer your expertise and service to others, I would be delighted to have my XTI 50 serviced by you.
sorry we don't do work commercially 😌
Well done !!!
thank you very much 😁
We're all still waiting on you getting your hands on a RTI Mora.
we have a lot of guns on the list 😁
Nice clear filming and narration. What is the purpose of the stabilizer?
it is supposed to help counteract any muzzle flip when the gun is fired 😁
For a rifle at that price point, seems like a bit to be desired.
yes i think you are right 😁
👍🏻👍🏻
thank you very much 😁
Brilliant very interested in purchasing them plz let me no when they are available 👍
thank you very much 😁 the tools are coming

yes not good, let me know how you get on 👍
Could I hire you to build me a 4500psi Bigbore pcp valve for my custom .357cal pcp?
unfortunately that would not be permitted in the uk 🤔
@ it would be fine. It would be shipped to the US
😃
thank you very much 😁
On a different note I’m picking up a new airman’s kriat .22 fingers crossed it has the new huma regulator fitted 😊
@@hawkslayers1 it will have the huma logo on if it has, but we honestly had no probs with the airmaks one and it still working well 😀😀
Thanks for the feedback
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎
