sir, what is the acceptable qty of fly ash that can be user per mcube of concrete? We recently bought cement for slab from RMC and they used 1571 kgs of cement, 676 kgs of fly ash, 5770 kgs sand, 7627 kgs of aggregate and 1179 ltrs of water for 7 mcube.. can you please check if this is acceptable and if we do manual mixing at site, are these same proportions maintained? because i've seen contractors say that 1:1:2 can't be used in manual mixing so they suggest some weird ratios like 2/5/6 or 3/4/5 and so on..
Upto 30 % of total cementitious material , in your case total cementitious material is (1571+676)=2247 kg and 30% of 2247=674.10 Kg can be used in your case it is 676 kg hence no problem.
