Dear God I have just one tiny request... Give me my own gurls like this ladies that we can do great stuff together and be there for each other. Divinely orchestrated Pure genuine friendships that one can be vulnerably unashamed, baring it all is all I ask. Thank you Lord Amen.
@@ChidinmaSosnero me too,I really get tired of doing this whole thing alone
Honestly! It’s not easy doing it all alone!
Honestly, I do need friends like these in my corner
I'm here😂
See you have gotten your girls in the comment section. Please make it happen. .... You are welcome.
The way I love this Lara ehnnnn. I love how she’s stern and loving at the same time. She’s like that rich aunty that knows how to have a good time even with you but will not hesitate to put you in your place and tell you the hard truth…with love.
As in I love Lara so much, that’s literally who I want to be a secure stern woman
I love her too❤
Exactly😀
The kind of woman I want to be
I would love too also
Please, a kind request to the writers of this show. If you have any part where Tsola and Zuri are no longer together, kindly cancel, rewrite and reshoot. Even in the midst of fire, he’s still thinking about birthday gifts for his girlfriend and trying to help her friend.
Love this show.
Charrleyyyyy. Tsola is the new Mide😍😍😍
I agree with that suggestions. It has to be that Tsola and zuri ends up together despite the hit from the sanni's or male clients. It shows that ladies can still be loyal
Thank you we don't want that narrative that women can't be faithful to their partners when it comes to working with rich men in the marketplace
Honestly their love shows the reality of a real healthy relationship, work stress ,small fights ,romance etc 😊
In the book they made up so hopefully its the same narrative 😍
Soji is the literal definition of “Never wrestle with pigs. You both get dirty, and the pig likes it.” Vey very shameless man. Him and Banke would make a great couple.
Gbam 👍💯you are very correct
Exactly
Exactly…😂😂😂😂
Gbadebo honestly deserves a woman like adesuwa and yes banke to soji is a great fit😂
@@TheGlowreeyahpromiseI’m telling you 😂😊
Now this is the kind of movie I want to see more of in the film industry. Not every time mushy mushy love love, sometimes community, finances, strategy etc.
Kudos to the Azuwa Team! ❤❤❤
The way Lara didn’t say a word to her brother and only that look was enough was just fantastic…I’ve had to rewind that scene multiple times. Toni Tones is killing her role as Lara. She and zuri are my favorite ( because what’s not to love about Osas any day, anywhere ? )
😂 that look was epic😂😂😂😂 I fell because I laughed too hard
Not Zuri pushing her girls to be in their smart money girlie era…I loveeettt😂
Ikr. To think she was the worst at money management in season 1.
@@dammieokehonestly…I love her character’s growth
@@zinofavour5077 same here but didn't like when she bought the Hermès bag but hey a lady has to spoil herself lol
Dyg 😂😂😂. She was the one that was not good with finances oooo. That’s why this life, don’t say it can’t be you.
@@dammieokeyes please 😅
Tami's dad is a great actor. That scene was maddddddd. Damn!
More of him in Nollywood, please.
Oh Yes! That scene was exceptional!
They were both giving.
Fantastic actor and he spoke nothing but the truth.
I agree. The way he switched between emotions? Lit! 🔥🔥🔥
"I'm a big girl, I will figure it out, I always do", that part resonated so well
😢 having friends you can confide in is one of the best gift u can have as a lady
Honestly
Honestly
I think as a person generally. Life is to tough to go at it alone 😢
You can say that again
@vigal
I like how Zuri is so driven towards her career goals and is also such a soft woman for Tsola. I really love the balance!
I Love it.
Banke bodies her role so well,I pray never to have a Banke in my life as a friend, colleague or sister inlaw.Nahh😂😂
This prayer>>>😂
😂😂😂
Amen oo 😂😂
Oh Tami. I used to be that girl. Planning and living on 'family/sponsor's money'. Daddy may be harsh, but Tami needs that reset. I'm sure in the coming episodes, her busines will do better. It's good to have a springboard to fall back to, but sometimes knowing you have a 'springboard' can keep you in the comfort/stagnant zone for a long time!
I agree. Was actually on daddy's side.
Tbh, I feel like I'm Tami right now, not like I want to but the way things are going, I don't know how to get out of it and just depend on the business. It's hard. @ifureiwuoenang8470 how did you break out of it?
I have been there. That's 100% true
Her scene quite got me teary, but here you got a great perspective, "the reset".
I mean I can relate, though some of us aren't lucky with a "daddy's bank", you can imagine what it feels like babying a business for 5years. Entrepreneurship is not for the faint hearted. I cried with Tami 😢
@@DRebirth_Clotheiryeah, i teared up a bit for her. her dad was very unkind in his delivery though. but she will use that to grow now.
Nobody:
Me: Life is so much better when you depend on Jesus in addition to planning.
Not just planning.
I love this series btw.
I agree with you. There were several moments in the show where the girls could have prayed for one another, but they didn't. Since it's not a religious movie, I'm not asking the producers to include prayer scenes; that would be misleading. However, I couldn't help but notice moments when praying for one another may have been the icing on the cake. I have that with my girlfriends, and it really helps us.
This...
I found myself saying in the middle of the scenes that all you guys need is to involve God by praying.
There are many plans in the heart of a man, but it is the Lord who determines the end.
@ I’m very glad I was not the only one feeling this way🙌🏼❤️
@ GOD BLESS YOU🙌🏼❤️ I TOTALLY AGREE.
This isn't friendship, it's sisterhood, Lord thank you for the gift of true friends turned sisters and brothers ❤
That part where Tami said "maybe I am not good enough" the number of times this has happened to me.Self-doubt is a joy stealer.Eish!Lord help me 😭😭😭
@@_jerina having the right people in your corner is definitely a win 🥰
I have been a shadow of myself. I'm a man but i cried when Tami broke down. That was my favorite part cuz it was like she was talking to me.
Am I the only one that loves the bluntness of this Lara lady
Hmm the way Lara was looking at Tami as she was crying, I thought she was about to read Tami for filth 😅 (and God knows Tami needs some tough love). Instead she came in with words of affirmation, a plan for how to move forward which invited the other ladies to step in with their own suggestions! I love to see it 😍
Lara is the best! So sad her job search is going the way it is. You know what they always say, the worst time to look for a job is when you don't have one and you need one. The best time to look for a job is when you don't need it. Job hunting is a bastard. I hope Lara finds something fulfilling soon.
Love this episode! Love this season so far! Can't wait for next week!
JOB hunting is a real bastard😢
The fact that Adesuwa didn’t give soju A RESOUNDING SLAP and a BRAIN RESETTING KNOCK as soon as he came close, already makes me know she would stupidly take him back.
I don't think she'll take him back. I know this is fiction but let's try to extend grace sometimes. Soji is an absolute nuisance for sure, but he's also someone that she loved at some point in her life and is the father of her son. She was also very vulnerable, and he knew this and tried to push up on her by bringing up cute memories of them 🙄, but Adesuwa still found the strength to stand up and ask him to leave. That was very strong of her IMO, and even if she falters, it's fine because she's a human being.
Also, I'm very sure her friends will drag her to a shrine for deliverance if she even thinks of taking his sorry ass back.
Like do you get 😢😡 I was so pissed till she opened the door for him
@@FaithChinaza-x1v Lol same! I was literally shouting "Girl, stand up!!" I'm glad she did.
A whole 40million naira debt. The thing no pain her reach
@@feyo.7220I might stop watching if she takes him back 😂
This episode 4 hit me hard when Tami was weeping at the end. I didn’t expect to start balling as much as I did. As a small business owner, I could relate with her struggles more than I would like to. It’s easy to feel alone as an Entrepreneur and I’ve had so many days of late where I felt I was going to quit but this episode showed me that having the right support system is everything. The way they rallied around her and started to problem solve. The way they also uplifted her when she started to feel like she wasn’t good enough and imposter syndrome was seeping through. This episode reminded me about the importance of having a great support system like these ladies. Praying for more of that in 2025.
Tami’s situation is a good example of how parents have unrealistic expectations of their children after they failed to fully handle their responsibilities of educating them. They never taught her any financial literacy, just threw money at her… sending her to school for whatever career doesn’t guarantee anything when there’s no wisdom about managing money. Big billionaire and his daughter don’t know how to profit in business, he’s mad at himself.
Oh well said. Financial literacy is underrated. I wish it was a compulsory in Basic primary/ Senior school
@@agnesmusoke600true…. But thankfully, we have shows like this now that not only bring entertainment but help educate people. Hopefully, it trickles down - so that as many people as possible have a better chance at financial literacy and freedom
@@ehimeelisaobaje3839 right super greatful as well
As a parent, I think he tried best he could. Just that, in life, one has to learn personal lessons and forge their own path. Tammy's case is no different, she'll be stronger for it
Oh my Godd that’s exactly what hat I was going to say. That scene pissed me off. He literally never really taught her how to really handle financial responsibility and never even told her he’s just helping for the mean time. Just kept giving her money without encouraging her to be financially responsible and all of a sudden he stops it abruptly. And then he expects his daughter who has been relying on him since to just abruptly do everything on her own. His approach is very bad. He should have started off but by bit letting her know he won’t be doing it forever or also be reducing the amount he gives. But to abruptly stop is wrong. It’s like you’re driving with some speed and then suddenlyyy press break so harshly without reducing your speed from from some mile away, it could affect the car and in some really bad cases the car could tumble especially if there’s a speed bump. He’s approaching is completely wrong but she can do it without him. 💪🏾
These women are more than friends they are destiny helpers! May God bless us with such people!
Amen
Amen. God make me one too.
Friends like this, more than gold. This is what women supporting women should be…not joing your girlfriend to go and bash her ex boyfriend’s car
Exactly 💯
I love the fact that this friendship involves a lot of love, correction, motivation, gossip, good and bad times among the girls. I cherish friends like this
And the fact that Tami is realizing she has been playing is a good one ❤❤
Nexxxxttt plixxx!
Banke is the weapon fashioned against her husband, Dear Lord!!
She bodies her character
I AM TELLING YOU!!!
the woman dey really vex me
He chose her though. I wonder why.
As in that woman is something else
Anticipating episode five already. Loads of lessons to learn here yet entertaining, I love how the book was incorporated in the movie (The books are a must read, by the way)
Tsola, Tsola, Tsola, I can't wait to see how you get out of this mess.
Lara, I am rooting for you.
Zuri, please don't break my heart and fall for Olumide's brother. They are blood, after all, and I love you and Tsola together.
Tami, you have got amazing friends. You will definitely make it through.
Adesuwa, hmmmmm, after, above 40 million debt, you still allowed Soji to hold you. Get sense in Jesus' name, please.
Funny enough Tsola's finances and his books are clean and clear, he needs to know that (Tobi) is the Village people behind his downfall. Just that scandal is really bad for business.
That last sentence deserves this huge AMEN!!!!!!!!
Amen
I really felt it when Lara talked about getting rejections 😂😂 like I smile to my self and say their loss 😂😂. Never going to feel bad about myself 😂
Everyone needs a friend like Lara, she’s just realistic af 👏🏽👊🏽👊🏽strong black woman
🎉😊
When daddy Davies said "effort is nothing, result is everything", it hit me so hard. I'm a medical student and being in med school practically means dedicating all your time into studying and the result most times doesn't equate your effort. And one still goes on to give their all regardless of how things turn out.
Sending you hugs 🤗
It eventually adds up.
Same, I'm also a medical student and it's not easy here, I can relate with it that effort is not everything but results that I cried because I was tired that nothing was showing forth looking as if I was just playing
That’s not true. Efforts may not be everything but it’s not nothing. If there’s no effort how would you see results? The process and the efforts are really what makes the result. Don’t be over hard on your self, when you know you’re trying give yourself some accolades, you deserve it when you put in the efforts. In life, sometimes you actually win some and you lose some but that doesn’t mean you didn’t put in effort.
Zuri’s dresses>>>>>

Every woman needs a tribe that clpas for you on your wins and hold your hand through the losses. I think that's the greatest lesson I have gotten from this episode. Its okay to loose and mourn your losses but have a tribe that you can be honest woth and they can be honest with you.
So true. I need a tribe as this, and God please make me one too 🙏

As a GIVER, never fall in love with TAKER, cos a TAKER has no limit, neither does a GIVER. This is the case of Soji and Adesuwa.
Hmmm food for thought. Takers take n take n take while givers are sometimes too sentimental.
Also banke and gbadebo
I would like to see that Zuri doesn't fall in love with Seni now. I won't like that. Banke and Soji should be together. She's truly a witch. Gosh!😂
Anytime I see Banke on my scream, I want to enter and give her the slap she deserves. Such an annoying character, the actress killed the role though🤣🤣🤣🤣

I am embarrassed to admit that this series makes me cry every so often and delighted to state that it’s so encouraging☺️. I feel seen, understood. Especially as a business owner who started off by being funded by ‘Daddy’ then was handed over to the Daddy of all Daddies, to Whom all silver and gold belongs!🥰 It’s so easy to let other people’s perceptions of us affect our drive and our faith in ourselves. But when you come to a place where the only person you want to please is God the Father and the only will that matters is His, life becomes; light. Easy. Not necessarily without challenges, but easy in spite of the challenges. I really felt seen. Reminded be of my first years in entrepreneurship. Excellent work guys!
I was literally shouting during the Tami and dad talk! Some of these are too relatable! God bless the Writer of this book in the first place 😅😅😅
Just when Tami is actually starting to change her father is now being someway

Why is Zuri's receptionist leaving the front desk empty. That's a security lapse.
Also men (e.g Mr Sheni sannu) should learn to keep their compliment professional in a formal settings/relations. Which one is "hello beautiful"?

Great show 😊
Life be life-ing, everyday isn't rainbows and unicorns. The shege episode, everybody just dey collect. Again very relatable content. Kudos team Smart Money.

Very bad market

One major life lesson I learned from this movie is as a woman that’s ambitious for success or is already successful, one needs to be careful with the kind of guys one goes into relationships or marriage with. A bad man can destroy your life especially your financial life. Soji is a big bastard 😠
Lara has this firstborn stuff running through her. Its the way she comforted Tam-Tam for me😊

When you work hard and you can’t exactly show anything significant it’s tiring😭😭😭😭😭
What Tami is going through has been my life fear. I legit got into tech so that I can save for my future business, because I can't live without a certainty of income, and that's your life as a creative. I try to still do fashion on the side so I don't lose my passion, but being a creative is hard. You just never know how things will turn out. Her Dad cutting her off is honestly needed, sha.
Why is nobody talking about thag loan company publishing sojis obituary?😂😂
It's giving palmpay people
Tami’s father is a typical African parent, who does not believe in passion because they sent them to school to do what they want. It's not fair.
I don’t think it’s fair. He has been supporting and financing her business for 5 years and putting millions in it. Tami is not financially responsible. She spends more than she is making. That’s the reason her business can’t grow.
@@liyahaaliyah2280THIS! If most people have half as much financial supports she gets from her family they would have gone very far in life. Tami doesn’t really push that hard.small financial inconvenience she gets she calls her father because she knows daddy’s money is always here.

As a parent, I can relate to Tami's father. Tami should have considered studying marketing and also starting a side hustle as a fashion designer, given her passion for the industry. By doing so, she could avoid the ongoing financial struggles with her dad.
