    Can you make a video for rowers? There are no videos on training splits for rowing since it’s so niche 😅

      Do what throwers do, but reverse the intensity & volume on rows/pullups vs presses.

    Nugget of wisdom about Dorian Yates. Would we count those warm ups? Hmm….depends on who you you ask…if it was Mike Mentzer then maybe no. 🤔 I like to do warm ups for two reasons. Activate the muscles toward the lactate threshold and gage the weight I will be at once I begin my rep range. I don’t care where I’m suppose to be at. I care where I’m at.
