Being depressed means in your life someone brought you down enough to the point wether it be life or people that it just became a question of why does it matter or why do I matter? (I know this doesnt apply to all) I have depression but its my head running a million scenarios without me taking the action to fix it cause of depression so it is a full circle, its just a matter of when you pick yourself up and cope instead of getting rid of it. Everyday is different just take it one day at a time and when there is a goal you have in mind, try to take a step and see how you feel.
