I would be so scared that she would become inpatient and start poisoning other things and/or using different substances to poison things. Honestly justice system failed Robbie
Not really. I drank bleach when I was younger in a much larger amount (but it was mixed with dish soap and a little water unbeknownst to me) and it was painful, but it didn't kill me. Pure bleach will kill you, but a small diluted won't. It wasn't even enough to give him a stomach ache...

That's why she put it in coffee. I don't know much besides what Agatha Christie wrote (and I don't think she wrote about bleach) but I think choosing bleach was a bad idea, if he can taste it he knows and if he can't then the ammount of bleach is not lethal.
There was another man reported anonymously in a medical journal that was a victim of his wife’s coffee. Only she was using drain cleaner. And he kept drinking that shit for months. HOW? No clue. I find myself pondering it late into the night. The man’s esophagus half dissolved before he sought medical care. I feel like I would notice DRAIN-O in my coffee!!!
The judge and prosecutor in this case should be disbarred. This woman deserves to be charged with 1st degree attempted murder. As per the criminal defense lawyer and FindLaw websites, the fact that she used poisoning methods for a premeditated murder, by definition, makes it an aggravated charge. People typically spend 20-25 years in prison for the BASE CHARGE. The aggravated charge can result in the death penalty. The fact that this woman spent less than a year in prison, when she deserves to spend AT MINIMUM 25 years, is criminal. Lessening the charges because of hearsay and bias is bullshit. Everyone should have equal rights and the laws and penalties should apply equally to all.
And the psycho only got 3 years probation, so she can be free to plan someone else's murder or continue to plan her estranged/ ex-husband's murder. Absolutely ridiculous.
If someone has only ever read the name and never heard in(in conjunction with seeing its spelling) HOW is someone supposed to know that pronunciation. It’s spelled very off from how it sounds.
Yeah I mean like, what was her plan if she succeeded? A member of the Air Force with no previous medical issues just, dying suddenly, did she think the military _wouldn't_ investigate?
Former enlisted USMC, TRUUUUUUUST me. Death bennies are huge($250k), divorce you don't get shit. Maybe some CS or alimony. With the shit pay you get, that doesn't amount to much.
THANK YOU! I’m dealing with a divorce now and there is *NOTHING* that has happened in our last 14 years that would make me go “Welp, he has to die.”.🤷🏾♀️
Yo! This one is crazy. To think what the husband needed to do to make sure she went to jail cause the first videos weren’t enough. Dude now the poor kid they have together has to deal with their mom trying to kill their dad. Poor kid. Yo and she’s free! NO WAY!!
I don't want to victim blame, but like Ken and Buff say at the end, what if she gets impatient and tries something else? He stayed with her and she could've put poison in something else, or do something while he sleeps.
If you watch the latest update. He didn’t want her in prison. She’s back home living with him and the kids until they can finalize their divorce and she can get on her feet.
Oh God my bio mom tried something similar with my dad, put sleeping pills in his tea for months to induce a heart attack, dad kept complaining about the taste. My stupid six year old self once stumbled upon a stash of meds (Way too many to be normal), went to show grandpa, and luckily I still got my dad. Bio mum now somewhere far far away luckily.....(this was 30 years ago...)
Three crimes took place in this video: The wife poisoning her husband. The wife getting released from prison!!! Ken's pronunciation of Tuscon, Arizona. 💀
Maybe she didn't have any money to leave, or he needed someone to look after the child. Perhaps it was convenient? But I thought the same thing. Also, if they're going through a divorce why would she be making his coffee? If it was me, I would be acting like a roommate.
Honestly, this is my biggest issue recently in the legal system, and it's the plea deals, or just settling in general. Just like with any business, legal teams try and minimize their expenditures as much they can, and a really easy way to do that is with plea deals or settling a case out of court. The issue with that, though, is that a lot of times you see some really shitty plea deals, like this one. It's honestly more of a crime that the woman got off on such a simple slap on the wrist more so than it is her trying to kill him, because the legal system has basically said, "No, you're good."
this was one of the craziest pronunciations ive ever heard of it as well xD you always hear "Tuck-sun" but Tuscan!? like the fuckin Tuscan Raiders from Star Wars!? lmaaooo funny enough to me, the valley does give off some god awful, forgotten desert planet vibes. exactly where the Tuscan Raiders would be ahahaha 😆😂
I read these comments and I feel like I'm the only person who understands what a plea deal is. Prosecutors use plea deals when they aren't confident they can get a conviction on the full charges. People whining about how short the sentence is should be happy there was a sentence at all.
Robby you are a better person than I 👏🏼 the patience and courage it took to collect evidence & even staying in the same home... You did everything right!
Heres the thing about the justice system...women are treated like children. My ex wife was also a horrible human being (not this bad, but close) and i was told that in order to get a restraining order, id basically need hospital records from physical abuse...but all shed need is "reasonable fear of retaliation." That's right... she'd have to put me in the hospital, but I'd just have to make her think I'd *retaliate.* Oh...and if women *ever* go to jail...its a fraction of what a guy would get in the same exact scenario.
It's crazy if I walked to the store and grabbed $50 out of the cash register and ran, without hurting anyone or brandishing a weapon, I could go to prison for longer than this woman did for trying to k!ll her husband. If I so much as say "F you" to a police officer I would go to jail for it because they would force a physical altercation over "verbal assault", but people can get away with the most heinous crimes somehow. So I guess the protip is if you're gonna commit crimes, go for the worst ones because you'll just go free while they bust kids with 2 grams of shrooms in the wrong state.
True, if it was a chick spouting abusive man the police would jail the guy nowadays just on these two words, yet he has to start to get all sciency and witty for just her being charged for anything. Its ridiculous.
1:58 caught em I was hoping he would set up a camera. Maybe I saw this story. It is scary how much someone must hate you to do this. Wonder if she tried to say she was cleaning the coffee maker. Every day lol
I'm a resident of Tucson, Arizona. When i get a phone call and the caller pronounces Tucson the way you did, i know i owe them money or something. I also know they aren't from around here. Lol
Theorectically. Some abusers love driving their victims to the point of anger and then calmly watching the results. Recording the victim's reaction to make them look like the crazy one is a common tactic. However, when my military husband was abusive, I fled the house. When I was still living with him, I was still trying to make the marriage work. No, I wouldn't have poisoned the coffee. After I gave up on the marriage, I started gathering evidence. I still wouldn't have poisoned the coffee due to fear of him escalating or taking the evidence to everyone to gather sympathy. It's possible that if I did poison the coffee, my husband would have done exactly what this husband did. His actions don't alleviate suspicion of him being abusive. Her actions do.
I genuinely love Ken's content and have recently been getting back into it and I have never laughed so many times in a single week genuinely think this guy's a great person and hope him the best
My dad had a biker buddy who was medically discharged because of a bad blood transfusion and after years with his wife he found out she was poisoning his breakfast because he was getting sick and wasnt getting better so he went to the hospital and he had some symptoms of poisoning
Sick, sick woman! Not only was she okay with murdering someone, (her own husband at that), but she wanted to kill him slowly and watch him suffer. How evil!
He is also lucky she wasnt smart enough to use something other than clorine bleach. If she got her hands on something stronger that wasnt as easily detectable he would have been dead
Turns out pesticides can kill very quickly if you have just a sip of one. It's a good thing she didn't know that. I only know because of a video I watched on, I think, the infographics show.
😂😂 Danes commentary sent me on this one!! He was in total disbelief the whole time!! Additionally...that must be the cleanest coffee maker in creation lol.
At any point she could've decided the bleach wasn't doing the job and escalated. Like I get why the police can't investigate every single accusation that gets made but c'mon, when there's a video of her adding shit to the coffee? it's messed up that they didn't step in at that point.

Unfortunately it's the 'beyond the shadow of a doubt' reason that made them say because they probably would've assumed something like 'oh you just dipped the test in the bottle or a pool' and think he was trying to frame her 😒
@@nastariastellarwell, they are not wrong you won’t be able to use that test as evidence in court
WTF kind of justice system is this?!?!?
I would be so scared that she would become inpatient and start poisoning other things and/or using different substances to poison things. Honestly justice system failed Robbie
That was my first thought too! I would have gotten outta there as fast as possible
We will probably hear about her in the future again.
Update: she's a barista now.
I'll have the bleach spice latte please 😋
I absolutely hope not and you are throwing an internet joke
I'll have the tide pod tea 💀
I shall have a windex espresso
One Finish Quantum mocha, and two Tide pods to go please.
It's also mind blowing that his digestive is so strong he survived drinking that many.
He only drank it once and automatically noticed the taste and smell. He pretended to drink it after that
Not really. I drank bleach when I was younger in a much larger amount (but it was mixed with dish soap and a little water unbeknownst to me) and it was painful, but it didn't kill me.
Pure bleach will kill you, but a small diluted won't. It wasn't even enough to give him a stomach ache...
@VipesVonHarlot it was twice the second time he became suspicious
She probably wasn't putting much in, and it never says he drank the whole thing. He only mentions the smell later, which can suggest she started to add more as he didn't seem to be getting sicker.
The audacity in thinking you can mess with a man's cup of coffee without him realizing it.
I’m not a man and I know immediately when my coffee isn’t right 😂 clearly she didn’t think that through
Bleach of all things as well. Instantly would taste chemicals. Even if the milk smells a tiny bit funny I'm like nah 😂 insanity
Fr i will side eye my bf so quick when he makes my coffee for me 🤣and he be laughing cuz i always know when he did something to it different im diabetic so he be trying to make it healthier for me 😂😂😂
@CraigTravers yeah exactly, im pretty sure you can smell the difference when it's brewing as well. That's the crazy part, that anyone can notice when something is off about a cup of coffee.
@@deathvvitchI saw another case from chubbyemu that one he drank his coffee a few times 😂
Can't believe she thought she would get away with it. Bleach has a strong smell and taste
That's why she put it in coffee.
I don't know much besides what Agatha Christie wrote (and I don't think she wrote about bleach) but I think choosing bleach was a bad idea, if he can taste it he knows and if he can't then the ammount of bleach is not lethal.
She basically did get away with it
There was another man reported anonymously in a medical journal that was a victim of his wife’s coffee. Only she was using drain cleaner. And he kept drinking that shit for months. HOW? No clue. I find myself pondering it late into the night. The man’s esophagus half dissolved before he sought medical care. I feel like I would notice DRAIN-O in my coffee!!!
She never checked it to know. Maybe thought coffee stronger
4 years for attempted premeditated murder.
ye she got away with it
Id prefer bleach over almond milk too ... Dang she must've thought.. dude was immortal lmao
People are in jail for lesser crimes that don’t kill people and are in for life..
And guess what!! This was Arizona… we have the death penalty 😂😂😂.HOW did she get only 4 years…. AZs judicial system is broken. Completely
Whats more crazy is, this happens alot but people dont catch it on camera
7:00 she should get 2 years for each charge... and a charge for EVERY TIME HE RECORDED HER IN TWO STATES DOING THIS
Reminds me of that lady that poisoned her husband just to sell a book.
"Tuscan Arizona"
I'm not Arizonan, but that really pissed me off. 🤣🤣🤣💀
I moved to Tuscon, AZ a couple years ago, and hearing that annoyed me and I don't even like this city that much 💀
T H A N K Y O U 😅
If someone has only ever read the name and never heard in(in conjunction with seeing its spelling) HOW is someone supposed to know that pronunciation. It’s spelled very off from how it sounds.
TUCSON!!! Too-sahn!
This is the comment I was looking for 😂
Poisoning always shows up on the autopsy
For sure. Definitely not the strongest bleach in the box.
Yeah I mean like, what was her plan if she succeeded? A member of the Air Force with no previous medical issues just, dying suddenly, did she think the military _wouldn't_ investigate?
You don’t gotta do this, just get a divorce people!!!!
Apparently there wasn't enough money in that divorce!😂
Former enlisted USMC, TRUUUUUUUST me. Death bennies are huge($250k), divorce you don't get shit. Maybe some CS or alimony. With the shit pay you get, that doesn't amount to much.
THANK YOU! I’m dealing with a divorce now and there is *NOTHING* that has happened in our last 14 years that would make me go “Welp, he has to die.”.🤷🏾♀️
But the moneeeeeyyyyyy!!!!! Joking obviously but you know, some people can’t reason
@@cherylkoenig5509 ok? Who cares? Just leave. Get a divorce.
Yo! This one is crazy. To think what the husband needed to do to make sure she went to jail cause the first videos weren’t enough. Dude now the poor kid they have together has to deal with their mom trying to kill their dad. Poor kid. Yo and she’s free! NO WAY!!
And to have to STAY long enough to do it! How do you sleep?
It's insane with who you may be living, the guts on him to keep living with her.
I don't want to victim blame, but like Ken and Buff say at the end, what if she gets impatient and tries something else?
He stayed with her and she could've put poison in something else, or do something while he sleeps.
Wow I can't believe she tried to use a poinsonous sumbstance against her husband
“Damn babe, coffee is a bit stout today.” 😅 - Robby probably
A routine can kill you, switch it up every once in a while 😭
Yeah, like if you use creamer everyday, try bleach instead
Living with crazy people can kill you. Move out every once in a while.
If you watch the latest update. He didn’t want her in prison. She’s back home living with him and the kids until they can finalize their divorce and she can get on her feet.
Whoa! That's way too kind. I guess he didn't want his kids visiting her in prison for 25 years.
Sounds like a whipped man dealing with abuse
Sorry Ken, I'm gonna be that person. It's Too-sawn. Not sure why but we get snippy about that. 😂 😂 😂
Even i know that and i live in Belgium
Oh God my bio mom tried something similar with my dad, put sleeping pills in his tea for months to induce a heart attack, dad kept complaining about the taste. My stupid six year old self once stumbled upon a stash of meds (Way too many to be normal), went to show grandpa, and luckily I still got my dad. Bio mum now somewhere far far away luckily.....(this was 30 years ago...)
Props to the justice system for the awful handling of this one
Three crimes took place in this video:
The wife poisoning her husband.
The wife getting released from prison!!!
Ken's pronunciation of Tuscon, Arizona. 💀
Oh you know...just an attempted murderer walking amongst us putting bleach in coffee
I can’t believe they’re STILL LIVING TOGETHER
Maybe she didn't have any money to leave, or he needed someone to look after the child. Perhaps it was convenient? But I thought the same thing. Also, if they're going through a divorce why would she be making his coffee? If it was me, I would be acting like a roommate.
@@willowseve77 I think he set up the coffee maker the night before and she just tampered with the water in the machine.
Oh yeah, that makes sense. I would be a horrible detective lol
You mean they still live together after she was sentenced? Or do they still live together to this date?
Honestly, this is my biggest issue recently in the legal system, and it's the plea deals, or just settling in general. Just like with any business, legal teams try and minimize their expenditures as much they can, and a really easy way to do that is with plea deals or settling a case out of court. The issue with that, though, is that a lot of times you see some really shitty plea deals, like this one. It's honestly more of a crime that the woman got off on such a simple slap on the wrist more so than it is her trying to kill him, because the legal system has basically said, "No, you're good."
AS AN ARIZONIAN YOU DISAPPOINTED ME WITH THEPRONUNCIATION OF TUCSON
I've never even been within a thousand miles of Arizona and I thought he was talking about an entirely different town. 🤣
same. come on Ken! Two-saun
lol you expecting southerners to pronounce anything correctly?
this was one of the craziest pronunciations ive ever heard of it as well xD you always hear "Tuck-sun" but Tuscan!? like the fuckin Tuscan Raiders from Star Wars!? lmaaooo funny enough to me, the valley does give off some god awful, forgotten desert planet vibes. exactly where the Tuscan Raiders would be ahahaha 😆😂
I was triggered in yeehaw
"Til death do you part doesn't mean you can cause it" 😂 Dane on point
I read these comments and I feel like I'm the only person who understands what a plea deal is. Prosecutors use plea deals when they aren't confident they can get a conviction on the full charges. People whining about how short the sentence is should be happy there was a sentence at all.
You sir have half a brain with this wealth of evidence a guilty verdict was almost guaranteed this was a case of an activist Judge and prosecutor.
Robby you are a better person than I 👏🏼 the patience and courage it took to collect evidence & even staying in the same home... You did everything right!
7:24 “till death do you part but that doesn’t mean you cause it” im weak 💀
I couldn't help but mention how Buff's smile be looking so good! Bright pearly whites!
Heres the thing about the justice system...women are treated like children. My ex wife was also a horrible human being (not this bad, but close) and i was told that in order to get a restraining order, id basically need hospital records from physical abuse...but all shed need is "reasonable fear of retaliation." That's right... she'd have to put me in the hospital, but I'd just have to make her think I'd *retaliate.*
Oh...and if women *ever* go to jail...its a fraction of what a guy would get in the same exact scenario.
Vows: 'Til death do us part.
Her: Bet.
The fact he had to go through such lengths to get this girl arrested.
1:52 Dane really got that fan goin’, look at them strands fly! 😅
Gotta love the commentary videos with BuffPro 💪🏼
You two Thank you i love listening to and seeing you two
My ex's dermatologist did the exact same thing to her husband😯
Really, can you tell me the story?
I'm a resident of Tucson, Arizona.
When i get a phone call and the caller pronounces Tucson the way you did, i know i owe them money or something. I also know they aren't from around here. Lol
Toosaun not TUSKAN. They aint TUSKAN RAIDERS out there!
I love how y'all just be out here spilling the tea ☕ on EVERYBODY. 😂 So good LMAO 🤣
Wake up babe, Cinnamon toast Ken just posted 14 minutes ago.
Ken, I am LOVIN' that shirt and chain. Lookin good Bud! 🔥
If this guy were abusive like she claims, would he not have done horrible things to her upon finding out she was poisoning him?
that's a good point
Yeah no she's the abusive one
I was so hoping for a new video today because it’s my birthday - thanks for the well wishes, Ken! 🤣
This coffee tastes weird. It's hazelnut!!
😂😂😂
I genuinely love Ken's content and have recently been getting back into it and I have never laughed so many times in a single week genuinely think this guy's a great person and hope him the best
My dad had a biker buddy who was medically discharged because of a bad blood transfusion and after years with his wife he found out she was poisoning his breakfast because he was getting sick and wasnt getting better so he went to the hospital and he had some symptoms of poisoning
I didn't think it was possible but I have even less faith in our judicial system now.
Sick, sick woman! Not only was she okay with murdering someone, (her own husband at that), but she wanted to kill him slowly and watch him suffer. How evil!
Another awesome sweater from Ken!
And im definitely down for some crime coverage!
And people wonder why I prefer to be around my animals.. and that I try and stay away from people -_-
I love it!!!
Sending love from Sweden 🇸🇪! 💕
That’s crazy
I'm really enjoying the crime videos you're making, Ken and Dane! You're doing awesome work! I'd love to see more. It is very interesting.
I think she write it in her to do list 3:29 😂
Nice storytelling skills ken. Well done. I like the new strategy.
At any point she could've decided the bleach wasn't doing the job and escalated. Like I get why the police can't investigate every single accusation that gets made but c'mon, when there's a video of her adding shit to the coffee? it's messed up that they didn't step in at that point.
"Melody Feliciano Johnson, 40, was sentenced to three years of probation after pleading guilty to two felony counts of adding poison or another harmful substance to food or drink." The justice system is so unbelievably broken. If only she had 3 grams of the sneaky eekie; then she'd be a real criminal.
You are hereby sentenced to 5 minutes in jail. Time served 3 minutes. Release date 2 minutes.
"sumbstance to food or drink" at 6:00 lmao
This lady needs to be on Extreme Cheapskates! Keeping your coffee maker clean is important, and reusing your cleaning solution to make the first pot of coffee is probably on the outer edge between frugality and psycopathy!
“Till death do you part doesnt mean you cause it” 🤣🤣🤣 love dane
"Believe all victims!"
"Hey, my wife is trying to kill me!"
"We don't believe you."
Because its the public saying "believe all victims" while cops and the courts say "we dont believe you".
The fact they didn't believe him before that is wild. But I understand they needed more evidence.
I hate the double standard with Women Killers! I hate it SO MUCH!
PLEASE do more videos like this!! I love hearing you and Dane’s takes on various things!!
