That's beautiful!!! I have learned to speak a bit of Hebrew but I love to hear worship songs in Arabic. It is a beautiful language, too, and I love songs that mix Arabic and Hebrew. Yeshua is the only one who can break every single enmity and barrier between us. When we come broken as this lady did, only then can we understand who He is and how much He loves us. Oh, what a great example He left us in this woman. May we be like her, poured vessels who offer Him only their very best.

So touching 🥲 I was touched during the part where people were yelling and she kept washing His feet & crying before Him… it just touches my heart so deeply because I know what’s it like to be hurt by peoples words & criticism.. & yet all He wants us for us to be at His feet pouring out our hearts♥️

Me too! I am a survivor of unspeakable child abuse, and I experienced bullying in school. Rejection has been my middle name throughout my life, so to speak. And what kept coming to me all those really hard years was Yeshua on the cross. Misunderstood, rejected, belittled, abused, betrayed, a failure according to human standards (He didn't "save Himself" to vindicate His own name). I experienced all of that in great measure. I even was, like the woman in this Bible passage, the "sinner" because I fell into certain addictions that caused extreme shame and guilt.
But all of this only made me much more aware (though it is a truth I need to fight for every day, to continue to believe it and still the voices that rage against me in my mind calling me garbage, rejected, evil in the eyes of God) that I am loved, accepted and approved by the only one who can save me.

This is beautiful truth, when the lady looked up , I wept as I saw my face looking up from His feet. So much rebellion and anger - decades of wasted chances. Yet Jesus' love for us draws me in to worship. Thank you Lord Jesus, your love and grace (all of You) in exchange for all my brokenness. The story really portrays the costly sacrifice of the oil on the alabaster jar, and the love the woman has gor the Savior. I was especially touched by the end of the video, where the same feet that were annointed with oil were shown pierced and bleeding with Jesus' precious redemptive blood.
