Damn I cried so much during this when I finally opened up my heart. I discovered a part of myself I had cut off completely from my current personality and that was a relationship that was 5 years long and i had almost completely forgotten about the impact it had on my life …. This helped me separate the love and good memories from the trauma I associated with this period of time and now I can integrate that part of my life back
Idk why but same. I had two 5 year long relationships so thats prob why. Those relationships def take a part of your soul . Its nice to see something that trys to help you gain the lost parts back.

This is one of my favourite meditations but I get two ads in the middle of it? Is there a version that I don't get ads it is very off putting when you have to open eyes and skip the ad
