I absolutely love these meditations, and I would listen every day, but it takes me right out of my meditation when an ad comes on in the middle of it. I would rather watch a 15 second ad before it starts then 2 or 3 5-second ads throughout. Just a thought...
The adds during are really detrimental to the meditative space. Please remove mid roll adds, do the before and after adds for sure but mid roll are bad form.
