Thanks for the explanation! It’s important to note that Kip is nowhere close to behaving like a typical visitor. Historically, it’s clear that’s he’s divisive and manipulative behind the scenes. I wouldn’t be surprised in the least if ICC leadership took the final step and formally marked him and publicly exposed his “faltering” sin(s) that he refuses to repent of.

The Greek word is defined in the most respected lexicon BDAG as "to pay careful attention to, look (out) for, notice" There is no official process, one is just watchful of those that keep division and avoid them. This is a real misunderstanding by KJV only churches that marking is an offical process. It is not.
