Dude the music was iconic. I remember watching this when it came out mesmerized. Immediately went and added it to my gym playlist. Times have changed and the music isn't appreciated anymore but I wish there was more content like this these days.

It’s amazing that you mention multiple times how whole foods is always a better option and that you eat that way now. Because even though you can get lean off an IIFYM Based diet, it is not optimal for your health and you can look even better if you ate those same macros on a whole foods based diet with a marginal increase in micros.
