I know people love scents but I am so happy this collection isn’t scented! Because my skin is annoying and is allergic to scented things and this collection seems perfect to me! They've got the Ravenclaws right for once, but as a Hufflepuff I am a little irked that the black shade was in the Slytherin palette. Black is literally our second colour.
I don't wear much makeup though this box of goodies are just the right amount of products so that you don't get overwhelmed! As always Cherry you put a smile on face ! Thank you!!

I think they decided to make everything scentless because as someone who possesses almost all of sheglam products and collections I can say that in the past they really pushed products with scent (collaboration or not) and I might say that some, not all, were a huge mistake (expecially the corpse bride collaboration lipsticks, they smelled awful). And also having a whole collection of scentless products is a first for them so I think they wanted to try something new.
Cherry love your nails! This collaboration overall was very nicely done. I love the branding and packaging in how it looks like upper quality cosmetics instead of cartoon toy/play makeup. I also appreciate how some products are unscented, but I would have liked the gloss to have a scent. However for the love of chocolate, even without a scent the lip gloss set was the showstopper. I won't get the whole set but see what I can of my favorites.
This is definitely the most georgously packaged and designed collab I've ever seen. With that being said, I think the colors could be better. The glitter lipstick looks so beautiful and shimmery before application, but I was honestly underwhelmed by the applied result. Same with the lipglosses. The color is barely there and I doubt it's pigmented enough to even discern each one from the others once you put it on your lips. I think the Slytherin and Ravenclaw eye shadows are spot-on, but it's disappointing that the Gryffindor and Hufflepuff are very muted colors and they only get one muted shimmery pallett. If they did all of them a bit muted that would be one thing, but Slytherin and Ravenclaw have such a fun color and sparkle pop that the others are disappointing. I'd still be tempted to get the set even if it wasn't sold out because it's just such a beautiful presentation. But color-wise, I think all of the lip products were a miss.
I kind of disagree! I think the subtlety of the lip products makes them so much more wearable and suitable for everyday use. Or for those who prefer their makeup to look a bit more simple, but still want it to feel special But that’s, surely, just a matter of personal preference, I see where you’re coming from!
You get what you pay for. For the price I think it’s a really cute collection. It's a bit obvious not to expect too much from the products you paid for.
This is my first time watching your channel or hearing about the sheglam brand. I think its fairly priced collection. However, my favorite from this is hands down the lipgloss. The packaging is the best part and the names fit so good supwr cute.

They don't make the bank for nothing they also open up a store in canada .you can easily return your stuff if dont like it the return paper is in the command, you don't need to send an angry email to return the thing you dont want . 🤡🤡

Tbh I am very careful when it comes to makeup, but these items wear really well, no reactions or anything, beautiful and shiny, the lip stuff is not sticky, the eyeshadows are pigmented without wild fallout. So nice, sheglam really pulled up with these!
You could put a drop of essential oil in those lip glosses, I imagine. You'd just want to make sure the oil was compatible with being put on sensitive skin and possible ingested a tiny bit. ❤
my ravenclaw ass is SHAKING. damn, i'd literally order these if they were cruelty free.... look at those colours, the pigments, the design?! everything is sooo on point. i'm very impressed 🤩🤩 just very sad that they were made in China T_T
China hasn't required animal testing for products produced in China for years now. C-beauty brands are cruelty free now. It's also been a few years since they stopped requiring 3rd party testing for products produced outside China
Before watching this i bought the lip mask, herbology gloss, and Draught of living death gloss. I agree that the packaging is the best ever! I don't even like gloss but had to have a potion bottle! I love the herbology bullet and put on the lip mask every night! I can't smell the potion either and i think the gloss is grossly sticky.
I am not one for makeup but maybe for a date night with my hubby...I might try it...I just love that it is Harry Potter themed!!! We need more makeup for Harry Potter.
