It's the first time I see someone ordered "3" double-skin custard all at once. It's a delicious delicate desert. Adding coffee is definitely a new fashion. Cantonese (Guangdong) style cooking is beloved for showing off the natural flavour of the ingredients, relying less on spices and sauces. Most dishes are cooked quickly to preserve the freshness and texture, with a light touch on seasoning.

In May or June, it is highly recommended to go to Nan shan Bamboo Sea and Yi xing Bamboo Sea in Jiangsu for vacation.
You can see giant pandas and experience traditional bamboo cuisine

@@zhoubaidinh403 I am diabetic too, I do eat little sugar and I stop taking medicines just so stress up eating medicines everyday 3 times I reduce 2 times and just stop. Hate the routines. Take whatever food I like moderately. So don't worry, just eat whatever you like

I was born in HK. But Shunde is my Dad's hometown. I used to back there every Chinese new year when I was little in the 70's.
my dad came from Shunde to HK but i went there once to attend my uncle's funeral. I love Shunde foods, especially fish.
Before coming to China, the media coverage on China l had come across was usually negative.Many people in my country including me mistakenly believed that China was a poor country, where there was only oppression without freedom.But when l came to China, l found China is AMAZING! l dare say China is better than the West in many ways.Modernization, convenience, hospitality, safety, all of these has left a positive impression on me. So l told my families and friends that it was only after I came to China l deeply appreciated how excellent China has developed.

my wife always picks up some duck, pork and some thing different when she goes to China town in london and then cocks for me when she comes home to kent. Her cocking is great and reminds me of our meals in China. far better than the local Chinese restaurant and she says that is a good one

Guangdong's soup and Congee are the most famous

Yes it looks like soy bean curd, but it's really more towards creme brulee without the brulee top. I've tried the popular one in Hong Kong previously, they imports their buffalo milk from Guangdong. Personally prefers the hot version, I think it's more smooth and creamy as it's hot and fresh, tasted excellent.

I passed Shunde every week whilst traveling from Guangzhou to Zhongshan (to visit grandma)... I've watched mountains get carved out on that weekly 4-5hr drive on that mini-bus/van.... circa 1986...

A lot of Guangdong style desserts are delicious, such as Jiangzhuang nai, Shuangpi nai, Danta, Yangzhiganlu, etc.
It's been 3 years since my last double skin milk pudding in Shunde. Looking forward to going back to Shunde to eat some more. What a fantastic video 👍

Wow, smart choice to visit this most preferred city of mine among all Guangdong province. I wish to move there from Hong Kong years later. Currently got a place in Shenzhen to move to soon but living in Shun de should be the best.
