My vote is to put the Jowl in the monster pond. The bigger fish might calm down his attitude a bit when he's suddenly the small man on campus.

Put the jau in monster pond, he’ll probably be too mean in 3000 once he’s comfortable. Monster pond has plenty of room for conflict & resolution 😅

I think you should just release the Jau into the pool. I bet his temper will mild out with the big boys, I could see him going after fish in the 3000. Plus, I bet he would grow like a weed in the pond, guess there is a chance the big hybrid or paroons could go at him but he's probably just large enough to hang.
I suggested on FB to maybe net off the pond again (like you did with Bruiser) for the jau. He still looks a bit small to go in with the big monsters.
One in the pond and one in 3000 whenever size allows.

What species of sturgeon? I understand smaller species (e.g. sterlet) are frequently kept in ponds in Europe
These are russian sturgeon or diamond sturgeon these are the same just different name

Except the humidity is always low. Got the fan set to 20%
Don't sturgeons need to be fed during winter?
If yes, how can you feed them in the outside pond and not feed the Koi?
The koi wont eat in the coldest months so as long as only a small portion of food goes in, the sturgeons will eat it up with none going to waste

The metabolism of the Koi is very reduced during the winter. If they would eat any food, they wouldn’t have the energy to digest it, so it would decay in their intestines. That's why they are not feeding them.
@@zootallures6470 yes thats correct , but when the water gets cold enough that the koi won't even attempt to feed, the sturgeon still would
UA-cam has this weird thing where 1080p uploads get a 1080p enhanced option for the payers while 4K stays 4k.
You could upload 4K and download the 1440p version for yourself if storage is the problem. The regular 1080p version is crap now to make the 1080p paid version look even better

Those sturgeon are going to a massive outside pond. They are only in a tank to quarantine. Not every sturgeon gets to the size of beluga sturgeons, there are multiple species that don’t get very large and are very compatible with captivity. Come on bro, OFR knows what they are doing
oK I don't always watch the the Friday stuff The Live Friday deal shows so if you mentioned it there not everybody's going to know what happened in the sturgeon so that's why we keep asking please tell us in a normal video what happened to the stirge until you used to have what happened to this whole cottage you used to have there's a lot of stuff you used to have that is gone now but we never saw why or how it disappeared I know one of the silkados could take in the big one and that left you with the two smaller ones Which you usually had now I can't even see them you know we didn't see them get taken if somebody's adopting something show the adoption if they're willing to show it they'll be on camera so and so got it you know this pet because picking them up is just as important as you know offloading them onto someone else who really wants them any animal that's important. you guys say you want to show us everything that you do well shows when the when something gets taken and adopted I mean we don't have to see the person just show the animals okay so and so so and so has adopted such and such an animal that's all just give me a first name or a nickname or whatever they want to do and the name of the animal or the animal name. I'm tired of if I if I don't watch the Friday show you miss out on everything that's really really important going on in the in the rescue. and not everybody wants to watch freaky fishy Friday frankly I don't like it because it was so much drinking all the time and weird behavior from Skylar but hopefully now that will change down to you all have gone alcohol free which is cool i'm glad you're doing it maybe for the wrong reasons but at least you're doing it I mean every recent just stopped drinking is a good reason I'm not saying you can't have a drink now and then i'm just saying excessive drinking drinking every single night and every single weekend and every it's not good your body can't handle it.
It’s a fish rescue. They rehome fish all the time. Why do you feel entitled to that information. ? Go back and watch stuff you missed. Because they have answered this question like 100 times
I watch nearly every regular video and behind the scenes. Never catch fish Friday since I'm out on Friday and fishy Friday isn't a good format to watch a rewatch of so I had no idea the sturgeon was gone :(

You know you can go back and watch the live videos right? So why do they need to make another video that you may or may not watch when theres already one out? I’ve seen videos of how busy they can be with the shop and people, all the daily feeding and maintenance for the animals and trying to make videos on top, let alone the health issues they’ve been dealing with and you expect them to make a video on fish that gets adopted so you can keep track?!? That’s an insane expectation

@nickgreen7312 first off it's called constructive criticism. If you're gonna put yourself out there on the internet you better expect to read it. Secondly, not everyone has all the time in the world to go back and watch every live stream until they figure out what happened to a particular fish. If you're claim that you wanna show everything, and then start not doing so people are gonna be curious. Calm down and take a chill pill bud.
