I like how you always group the muscles before moving into their actions. This helps me to remember the groups that have a shared action on the knee.

It is something i've always wondered about since you always hear that women tear their ACL more often because of the anatomy but I never fully understood why. In this video, Dr. Goodin discussed the muscles of the knee. First he discussed the quad muscles. Then he discussed the Q angle. Learning how the Q angle is formed and why a greater Q angles causes more instability in the knee was very interesting. I like how you discussed how people with higher than normal Q angles can try to counteract that by maintaining the strength of the vastus medialis. I didn't know that and thought it was very interesting. Then he discussed the hamstring group and the two joint muscles and how they are most effective when the origin or insertion is stabilized. Then he discussed all the knee muscles and their actions. I like when the actions of the individual actions are named as it makes it easier to remember after going over them.
