You do nice informative videos , just one recommendation follow your easier , is if you can show a (Google map or Zillow maps) and to point with the mouse pointer while describing areas or locations . it is hard to keep searching location or areas on the map on my computer while you are talking, I hope that helps thanks 😄

My wife and I are currently planning on moving to South Washington (and eventually, to Camas) towards the end of the Summer/early Fall. It’s reassuring to hear that Camas knows it’s strengths. Despite massive growth, the town works towards staying grounded and gorgeous.
