I know this is an old video. I like the advice except for the one for the bone skewer achievement. It’s not that easy to get. I dismissed my follower and I’m not using any minions. I’ve gotten all the others except this and the first one. The first one I’ll get when I finish Act 5. Rounding up 40 for one shot is difficult. Using that scatter shot bone spear (the one that shoots teeth in the description) which goes through everything. Any other tips? Thanks in advance.
EDIT: I play on console so there may be a difference in how the game puts groups together on the screen compared to the game on pc. Either that or I need practice herding groups together. Anyway, I got the Bone Skewer achievement. This is what I did in case some are still trying to get it.
1) I put it on Torment 1. I believe difficulty doesn’t matter.
2) I dismissed my Follower and minions.
3) I put on Briggs’ Wrath which is a Legendary Ring. Once a group is cursed, it groups them together as well as pull nearby monsters into the group. Use any curse as it does not matter.
4) I used Bone Spear with the Teeth rune.
5) I went to Ruins of Corvus and looked for the spider monsters since they show up in large groups.
6) Once I found them, I herded them together making sure I had enough. Then I cursed them so they would be grouped together.
7) I fired Bone Spear into the group twice and got the achievement.

Jackson Li Sure. When your shadow clone appears, make sure simulacrum is activated. Use blood rush to teleport away from them. Use nova. Your simulacrum should copy you and use nova. The nova from the simulacrum will kill the shadow clone.
Just running through the game I had no issues killing the clone with sim/bone spear on pc. Did it the same way a few years ago on console. Shouldn't matter if you or your sims kill the clone as long as sim is out.

Legit dude all I did was use the blood Nova thing in town and then hit simulacrum and I got the Diablo achievement

can you speak english on the simulacrum one?
Basically he's saying when on the second phase of Diablo and he creates a clone of you, use Simulacrum on the Clone. Then on the final phase, use Blood Nova to drain to 10% of your health when killing Diablo to get both Achievements.

Bone Crew was a pain. 27 rifts to get all the elites.
This guy doesn’t even show up when I go to the designated area to talk to master necro. I’m on my necro now tryna get him. Idk what to do.
ive killed the clone with simulacurum about 5 times now, its not giving me the credit. does the minion have to actually get the auto attack kill?
yes, just set the difficulty low, and let the simmulacrum minion kill it
You need blood rush to teleport a way from the shadow after you spawn simulacrum, and have blood nova ready after you teleport away... this should give it to you.
Anyone mind helping me with the last few? I only have the kill diablo with 10% health, and the act V stuff (and the skeleton crew one but that's going to be a minute lol)
For skeleton mages achievement, u shouldnt use DECREPIFY , because the mob packs doesnt count the kill if they are under curse ( decrepify is curse...) . Just go and kill them with skeletons.......
is it possible to do it without the inarius set? because lets pretend majority doesn't have that so how do we get the achievements without this?
og really i have to buy necromancer to get him to lvl 70? didnt know that!!! i thought i could without geting him Oo :P

Also to anyone having issues gathering/damaging 40 enemies within 3 seconds for the Bone Skewer achievement, opening up a portal to the cow level will do wonders :) To open up that portal, simply take a Bovine Bardiche and transmute it in Kanai's Cube and it will open a red portal. Don't have a Bovine Bardiche laying around in your stash? Just craft some level 70 rare 2-handed Polearms and upgrade that rare via Kanai's cube. You'll come across one pretty quickly since there's only a good handful of polearms.
idk self controlled doesnt work either im too stupid or there is something wrong. i tried it with letting my clone kill it with basic attacks/kill it after i spawned my clone and let my clone kill it with my secondary skill. nothing has worked so far.
I actually got one of these achievements before getting the Necro. I got the 1,000 undead kills with corpses during a two player game with my buddy who got it before me. I just got the Necro today and got the achievement like 2 or 3 days ago

i was listening through for the skeleton achievement you said it's not really gear dependent and then you go into like whats all the pieces you need and i'm like "WHOA HOLD ON HOLD ON HOLD ONNN! you SAID its not gonna be gear dependent. Now you're telling me i need all that stuff... wtf!
When I said not gear dependent I meant you didnt need around the half the stuff Im using. lol
well i just let it down to normal and picked other skills to be on use so the skeletons are the only ones doing damage unless i click something. it seems to be working this way just fine..
Anyone else having issues with the counts not being accurate. I am working on the elite kill one and did 35 in my first run, then as many in the next rift, but its only showing 35 out of 500....never added the second rift worth of kills. I have left game and come back, still not fixed.....did the same thing on the curse 5000 also and made it take longer than it should have.
NM, its just on a sever delay when it updates.
I thought the icon of the Final Service passive was a very gore cut off finger instead of a grave at first lol.
Having issues with the simulacrum/blood nova achieve on diablo. My spawn isn't killing the shadow or something because the chieve won't pop.
Nevermind, got it.. set it to hard difficulty, popped simulacrum as soon as the shadow came out, and it 2 shot the shadow - boom.. achievement.

For the Command Skeleton bonus - don't use frailty! Decrepify is fine, but Frailty-cursed monsters count as your kill.
True. I didn't use frailty for that. You don't need a curse at all especially only on T1.
Did you have issue with skeleton crews counter messing up? I've had it go back to 0 or not count kills or lower my kills.
I have that issue too, when after rift i go goblin farming in Act 1. But i leave the game and start again, and dont have problem anymore.
I finished that achievement last night. When I was at 495/500 though I killed a pack of 4 blue mobs with command skeletons and when I checked the count (expecting 499/500) I was still at 495/500. However I moved a bit and found a yellow (unique) mob and after it died from command skeletons my achievement was unlocked (seemingly jumping from 495 to 500 from a single yellow kill).
Perhaps its a display issue only and not actually giving you negative progress?
There is a delay with Achievements. Just wait a bit and it will update.
to get the 3 second kill achv i went to the shadow world for zultan cool and waited for the lil shadow things and use the shatter rune on boner spaer ... and boom 2secondsand normal

I have killed the clone using simulacrum like 10 times now but I dont get the achievement.
Had to look this one up also, apparently pain enhancer or similar gems that "attack" it will cause you to not get the achievement. Took mine off and boom first kill after taking out my gems.
I'm using Bane of the Trapped.

it took me like ten tries, i had to take out my teardrop of the starweaver gem as well as, when you use your secondary skills dont let your own skills touch the target, only your Simulacrum. like he shows in the video, blood rush to a corner making sure your Sim is on the enemy and then start casting.

I finally managed to get it, and it seems my biggest problem was doing it on Normal.
I changed it to Torment VI and then it worked on first try.

great vid, 2 things - first, your audio is really low - I had to boost you up 30-40% to listen. Second - I think you should recommend and early 70 6pc Rathma/Command skeletons build that folks can farm with early while working towards the Skeleton Crew achievement since that one takes 75% of the effort.
Thanks for this guide. My question about the Blood Nova to 10% of life: I play on Hardcore, so can I accidentally kill myself with it? I see your life globe almost all but empty, but did you just know when to stop, or does it stop you before you about to die? Thanks for any help you can give.
