Recorded with a Martin D-35 (2004).

I see the fingering is a hectic,l struggle to pickup strings economically now l see there is no shortcut.You did an awesome job singing while struggling to keep up.l wonder how these professional musicians come up with such intricate arrangements.Music is the best art unfortunately our kids are no longer working hard instead prefer using technology for composing.No more hours spent in studying and practicing.

@@Criscroce After many years of 'Martin Deprivation', I took the plunge and bought a new Martin, I believe mine is a D37, the one with the 3-piece back.
My history of appreciation for fine folk guitars goes back to the late 60s, while I attended a private liberal arts college under scholarship. Many of my fellow students came from affluent families, and they owned Gibsons, Guilds, Gretsches, and of course, Martins. Taylors existed in someone's imagination then. Anyway, I would ask to borrow these instruments, and at first, there was great hesitancy, which is understandable, and I would handle these guitars with the utmost care, and once it became known that I could be trusted, there were some guitar owners who would actually offer their guitars for me to borrow. At the time, certain artist names were prevalent, but only in the East Coast, near the pseudo underground folk music venues of NYC and Boston. Anyway, I have always been very grateful to my college friends, because they welcomed me with open arms. In particular, I wish to mention Kathy G., who unfortunately entered another dimension a few years after our college acquaintance. She lived in north central California, and owned a very nice Guild that I could borrow every now and then, when I wasn't borrowing a Gibson or a Martin.
