This a great reminder that if you are someone who loves to work. Those rest days, don’t beat yourself up for not working. Enjoy the sentiment of rest or the time spent with whomever you’re with. Is it really resting if you’re encumbered with the thoughts of work?

Great video to watch during Thanksgiving week. Putting in extra hours at work can make anyone feel blue especially when it takes you away from things you rather be doing like reading, playing music, or seeing friends/family. Sometimes, we just have to remind ourselves of our reasons why for doing the things we do.

Great Video, Life is all about choosing a career that you can relatively enjoy. I always think about how the balance of fun and hard work is essential to us as Human Beings. You can't enjoy the highs without consistently experiencing the lows.

This is such a great reminder that work is only a part of the equation of our lives. So many people are truly beginning to see how much a balance of work and life means.
