You helped doing the research on our behalf. That helps a lot. There is one more question that needs to be answered. Do I keep the second lot of biscuits for baking on the OTG at the same temperature and no. Of minutes. I find that the second lot needs a couple of minutes lesser to bake. Please clarify.

If top of the biscuits start cracking before originally defined time, OTG can we put off. Also it's ideal to cool down the tray before placing the second lot of biscuits. This is very simple cookies ,not butter cookies, it's ghee Snook's which often we did 40 years before, I do some time, nice that u brought back old my memories . M,sia....

I tried it exactly as mentioned in the video with pure ghee , taste was good but these are typical nankhatai. They are not authentic benne biscuits that we get in iyengar bakeries in Bengaluru. If you are looking for benne biscuits, this is not it.
