- In this video we will see how to make nei biscuit recipe in tamil. This bakery style nei biscuit is soft and fluffy on the outside with a hard crunchy interior. This biscuit tastes just like the glass jar biscuits at local bakery shops. We can make these biscuits either in the oven or without oven in a pressure cooker.

Ingredients:
1/3 cup Sugar (75 g/ 6 tbsp)
3 Cardamom
pinch of Salt
pinch of Baking soda
1 cup Maida
1/2 cup Ghee (1 tbsp less than 1/2 cup) (100g)
Divide into 12 and Bake at 300 F / 150 C for 18 min - Навчання та стиль
