I advise to keep the amount of water low. Now you have a full bottle of rosemary water but you will never ever use all of that water within 1 week( rosemary water should be used within 1 week to guarantee freshness).

Yep so you can boil it for a few minutes and just like let it simmer till it becomes a darker color than you let it cool down and strain it into a jar or bottle. I keep mine in a mason jar.

No u can just spray it enough tat it covers ur whole scalp, doesn't have to be soaking wet. After you've sprayed ur whole scalp, massage it for a few mins and it'll probably dry in lyk 10 mins and ur fine to go
