@swedehorn The horn blew just fine with the one compressor. The compressor is powerful enough to power their dual tone horns like the powerhouse, which probably has the same air requirement as a single Hadley truck horn.
@Thewoog34 I can't be absolutely sure that the Wolo direct drives can be enough in flow, but I would guess that it would do it. I have two from Hella myself and my guess is that they are similar in flow and preassure. The Hadley horns are the best to use for this, I have tryed other brands and some havent even made the slightest sound with two compressors while my Hadley even sounds with just one.
@swedehorn I've tried the heavy duty compressor on a set of horns designed to be blown off of a direct-drive (the Wolo long horns) and it made a huge difference, so I will just blow with the heavy duty one. Thanks for the quick responses.
@Thewoog34 I have tryed special "heavy-duty" compressors but found out that some of them was even weker then the standard compressors for a normal comressor horn kit. So best would be to go for a compressor from o normal compressor horn kit.
@Overdoz59 The Hadley airhorn, I bought used from ebay. The compressors and relays I took from a ordinary Hella air compressor horn kit. So this install was actually really cheap.
@swedehorn Ok, thank you for your response, I think your horn is really great for very powerful rendering is great. Could you reference the horn used? is a simple horn? double? the horn is planned for a truck? Have you a link where I can see it? on ebay for example. I would have made the same sound. Thank you
@Thewoog34 Nevermind, the wolo high-output direct drive gives off 23-25 psi. Should 2 of these be good enough to blow a hadley air horn? (I already have a 30 inch horn)
They sound great!

You can always try with one heavy duty compressor but i dont think that the flow will be enough. But try and see what happens.
Hello, congratulations, this montage is really great. Where did you buy the hardware?
Really great!
Thank you

Can you tell me where I can get some decently powerful direct-drive compressors? The "heavy-duty" one from Wolo only gives about 15 psi of flow...
