That location must be some prime real estate to expect 16 million for that. You've shown 2 million dollar houses with better layout and amenities. The only way to redeem that lot is to tear everything down and start fresh. First step, building the house in the right direction.
I do have access to the ocean 🌊 everyday but much rather have a river and a lot of pine 🌲 trees…. Now that’s a vibe vibe for me🫶🏼😍

I used to have a gravel driveway at a house we rented. HATED it!
Only feasible benefit -- I think it's considered porous pavement, so slightly more eco-friendly, and in some places reduces property tax or sewage removal cost or whatever.
This is Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker's new home! It seems pretty overpriced at 14-16 Million for what it is. Nice beach though =)
Total Stuff Job is right. The layout is atrocious. Really dislike that the main house fridge is tucked around the corner of the kitchen, every time you want a cold drink you’ve got to run the gauntlet of a 2 bms, no thank you. Love the flag pole. The wall sconces that have to be plugged in….what the heck were they thinking, a world without visible cables is the world I want to live in. Outdoor space is weak, outdoor kitchen, bbq, bar fridge, lump zone, sick lighting, and built in speakers are all no where to be found. There’s also glazing options that have structural integrity without posts every 3ft.
This was a generous 3/5 I think. Great review Samir, hard to imagine paying the $16M price tag but I’d assume it’s mostly land/location value.
