After corona , central govt. gave this medical college as bio terrorism will come in one form or another. With govt medical colleges and hospitals it is very expensive for poor people due to corona type out breaks and also normal consultations. should high court need o say that money of govt. central and state spend on this so this should be maintained by state and if state has problem give it under AIIMS so that it will be helpful in large scale out breaks and it will be helpful in Central govt to do research and it will a boon in setting indian standards.
