This maybe is something I could try before I experience the real thing...? I like in the videos I've ever watched on hotpot vids is that you can put in the pot what u like right....even more stoked after watching this. love how you broke down the pros and cons of the whole process. They are really hot but if you add extra ingredients like noodles, egg or meat, it gets a little more pleasant.I do not really know if cheese fits in there... have you ever tried cheese in a chinese dish?
