- The Prince of Darkness Ozzy Osbourne was recently honored with an Icon Award in London from Rolling Stone UK but was unable to attend, with Sharon there to accept the honor on his behalf, saying that it is an honor to be on her husband's coattails and also noting that when Ozzy met Yungblud (who presented Sharon with the award) he saw a lot of himself in Yungblud.

Kudos to Sharon. She admits to riding his coattails and didn't try to take any credit even though she deserves all the credit for his career. He would have been dead long ago if it wasn't for Sharon.

"It's been an honour to be on his coattail' NOT "riding his coattail". There is a minimal distinction... Also, would Ozzy still be alive and gave us so many years of music without Sharon? We may not like her antics, but she always was the driving force behind Ozzy after Sabbath.
So what. All these awards and stupid MTV productions, plus the fans and youtube gossip channels have ruined metal music for decades. Remember when metal music was the stance against all this garbage? Yeah I do. Now it's like a Taylor swift show.
