@@MarriageKidsandMoney Early 2025. About a year left. Who knows, maybe next year’s refund will pay it off. We bought this place in August 2019, so we will be owning it within 6 years of purchase. Definitely looking forward to it.

I'm in the UK. I got a £500 tax rebate in 2021 and put it into my pension in turn getting £125 tax relief on it. 😂

Tax refund? 🤣🤣. If you get a refund then you just gave the government an interest free loan when you could have paid yourself throughout the year and invested that. Hate to say this, but the large majority of people who get excited about a tax refund are in a lower incone bracket. Tax strategy is easy and everyone should learn about it.
