Rota and fuwa is just a little over a week away + this ycs was in europe and europe is known for being quite diverse. So if we're being honest its very likely this changes quite a bit, especially in regards to brand vs chimera, chimera can run more non engine but iirc its anti fuwa plan isnt great, whilst branded can still set up a decent board to play on opps turn with giving 2 draws at most iirc. But either way rota format is gonna be alot more interesting in general.
The branded player who went into Masq dragon game 3 and then checked his GY 5 times only to get the round extended and get OTK by the snake eyes opponent was pretty funny. Got banned from chat for saying "Konami needs to sell those tins boys" which was interesting. I felt like there was a lot more people on feature "slow playing" but didnt get the round extended. Funnily enough if the branded player just did puppet lock like he had the previous game he would have won rather than just burning for time with Masq
I think Branded is still a meta contender. If other Branded dummies would stop relying on puppet, and playing mid range control, it would be better of a top cut representation. Chimera is good deck, highly slept on. Built mine 2 weeks ago, love it as much as Branded 😊😊
