Cash I have a double oven. The bottom one can air fry. It's great if you put wings on a roasting pan, but you have to pat them dry. If you have a convection oven with a fan inside of it that's what an air fryer is. It's great for vegetables too
I have a double oven as well, and it’s great for cooking dishes with multiple sides, or to keep something warm while the other food is still cooking.
Some ppl really don't understand that an air fryer is just a mini convectional oven... when he put flour on the wings before putting it in an air fryer mannn I lost it

There’s a bunch of UA-cam vids that use flour on their wings, using an air fryer. It’s literally the same as frying wings with flour, just used in an air fryer. All an air fryer is, is hot air circulating inside. I don’t see how you “lost it” lol.

To be very honest, flight did almost everything correctly. You don't always judge how done chicken is by only looking at how it looks. You use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. If the internal temperature is 165 degrees Fahrenheit, it is good to eat. As long as the internal temperature is in that area, he won't get sick.
while that is true, he also fucked that up by piercing the other end all the way through the wing. That's improper usage, and can mess up the read. It should still be fine though if it got past 165

Anyone that doesn't wash their chicken is already a dub in my book when it comes to cooking. Wash your chicken in some lemon juice and/or vinegar while trimming off the excess skin and cartilage, then season. They should be no blood in your chicken before you cook.
